Did anyone else just watch Colin Lloyds meltdown? He decided he'd punch the board during his match with Welge, he won through in the end though. Nice to see Scholten back as well, I hope he takes out Baxter later on tonight.

Holland vs. Wales in the final. Australia vs. Wales went to a sudden death leg, Aussies throwing first and Whitlock started with a 180 but Wales still pulled it out. I'll be supporting Wales in the final, have to love little Barrie Bates.

I onlt managed to catch the last match of the afternoon session and that was pretty poor apart from O'Connor. Saw a bit of the other stuff on Sky Sports News, I had to laugh at the Zew Zealand team doing the haka before their game.

Anyone watching the World Cup of Darts on Sky? I think the Australian pairing of Whitlock/Nicholson looks the best bet to beat Taylor/Wade. If Anderson and Thorton are both on form maybe Scotland could have a decent chance as well.

Waites beats Wade 16-12 in the final after being 0-8 behind. I'm glad he won it, but Wade must be kicking himself for blowing that lead.

Beaton played a really great game of darts there, totally deserved that win. I hope he keeps it up in the next round.

I gave the Billy Gunn and Billy Jack Haynes ones a watch last week. Billys was a fun little shoot, pretty honest as well. Haynes is clearly nuts but it made for an interesting couple of hours. London and Kendrick for me next.

The Taylor match was good, I thought he'd win about 8-4 but Bates finished his chances and held in there for a while. Hoping Beaton can keep this going, 3-2 up, come on!

Anyone watching the World Matchplay? Great comeback from Painter, 8-2 down against Colin Lloyd and he came back to win 11-9. Hard to say when he lost after being so far ahead but I wouldn't say Lloyd threw it away, Painter just started hitting more trebles and finally hitting doubles. He shouldn't even have been 8-2 down but missed lots of doubles. Great match.

I'm supporting Barney, who already hit the first 9 darter of this tournament the other night.
