Gotta say, James Ellsworth is more confident and competent on the mic that a lot of people on the main roster.

 

 

 

He was brought in as a joke and has gotten over like rover. He sold that ladder push brilliantly. It'd be quite amusing to see him with Goldberg and/or Lesnar at some point during the Rumble. You can tell he's having a whale of a time and making the most of this opportunity that's come his way.

Mick Foley swapping seats with his daughter so he could sit next to Becky Lynch was my unintentional highlight of the night, but what a show it was, Nakamura, Joe and Roode should all be on the main roster, they all scream superstar.

That was a good start to the new era, the show was well presented, the commentary was better than its been in years and I think Braun Strowmann squashing Jono Lancaster was a thing of beauty.

Actually didn't mind Raw last night, The Rollins/Ambrose/Reigns stuff was excellent, Reigns needs to act more like he did last night, he was an actual badass in the opening segment.

loved the Cena/ club segment, I thought Styles was gong to be lost in 50-50 mid card hell, but he is a genuine main event level guy now.

 

Baron Corbin was allowed to wrestle someone other than Ziggler, which was refreshing.

 

The Divas revolution continued as Dana Brooke managed to somehow botch lifting Charlotte's leg 8 inches onto a rope

 

The Wyatt's returned and Bray told us that they've not forgotten what they are here for, well it's been 3 years and the rest of us are none the wiser either.

 

I could watch Zayn and Owens fight all year although they should be kept apart after the draft, but just brawl all over the arenas at the joint brand PPV's like HHH and Mankind did at Canadian Stampede and build to a blow off at Wrestlemania.

 

Slightly disappointed that they're doing the triple threat at Battleground but I guess Hunter and Brock need people to work with
