  1. Reply from ticketmaster about msg tour

Dear Brett,Thank you for your e-mail. Your refund in the amount of $39.50 for 8-45701/NY5has been applied to your credit card. The credit was issued on March 3, 2004.Please allow 3-10 business days for the credit to post to your account. Because this tour was canceled, Ticketmaster is retaining both your orderprocessing fee in the amount of $1.55 and the international fulfillment fee of$2.50.

  2. with all this talk of a meet up , would an idea not be to meet in times square before the Hall of Fame dinner. We could meet at hotel reception then all go for Pizza or something. Then when we get into the dinner we could have like a "ukff table" lol.erm ....bringing up a valid point, what will the seating arrangment and staging be like at the dinner.

I don't think there is actually going to be a sit-down dinner as such is there? I thought they were just going to be serving "hors d'oeuvres", as well as giving free reign of the bar. Could be wrong though, as I'm not going so haven't received any more information. :(
  3. Quick query, how is everybody else taking their money over, Cash, Travellers Cheques or using a card?

I'll be using Visa where accepted, and taking out cash from machines as and when I need it. Don't trust myself to carry hundreds of dollars in cash out there, I'd spend the entire time panicking over losing them.

  5. Was also due to go on this tour, so are not impressed. :( I did however half expect this to happen, and expressed such concern in the chat room before! :cry:How do we go about getting refunds? As we don't actually have the tickets in hand of course.*Edit: Just e-mailed them asking how to proceed. I didn't go on the tour when I was in NYC last year, so may as well give it a go still. Might book for the afternoon before or something.Having said that, perhaps should go on the morning instead. Could rummage around the locker room looking for lost items!

  6. There is an entrance they could use opposite it yeah, but I'd imagine they'll be a few seats in the way! That would also be a right pain in the arse to sort out camera wise.I really can't remember a ramp at Survivor Series 2002. There was a little bit of staging to the left where they had HBK's celebration set up on, and where Rey Mysterio jumped out from. But I just cant remember there being a ramp from the left to the ring. I'll be happily proved wrong, just someone show me so I'm put out of my curiosity! :(I'm sure they'll just have the one entrance for this anyway. I really don't see any point in having two, and they'll have tried to jam in as many seats as possible.

  7. Speaking of the MSG setup, I can see them having two separate entranceways (kinda like what they had at Survivors 02), one for Raw, one for Smackdown. Would be a nice touch, especially for the interpromotional matches.

I don't think this will be the case. There is barely enough room for one entrance way!
  8. Seeing that the Platinum Package people have a separate autograph session from Gold & Silver, the e-mail guts316 gets (I am on his Travel Package) may be different from AJ's. Anyway ....

It actually came in the post this morning, rather than via an e-mail. Another nice thing to save for my collection. (yes, even the letters I shall treasure)And the weekend is indeed going to rule!
  9. Any word on Smackdown tickets? Still nothing listed on ticketmaster.Regarding how much money to bring, I have a question of my own. Do most places take Visa? I haven't been to New York since 98, and didn't use my credit card very much back then, but do now. And about the brunch, which I won't be attending, this is the brunch that in the past has seen such events as Lex Luger attacking Bret Hart with his steel forearm, right?

I'd imagine most places take Visa. My parents paid for most things (food etc.) last year when I went, so I can't remember exactly, but I'm sure most places do. I just can
  10. WOO! Got my intenary this morning. Does anyone know what rooms we're gonna be in? I was on the Westin website and there's 2 types of rooms, the Standard and the Premium. The Standard only has 1 bed, and there's 2 other's going with me so does that mean We'll be in Premium? Also, what do the mean by "Check In Time 3PM"? Does that mean you can only check in at 3PM? Lol, I know it's a stupid question but I wanna be sure

I *think* it means you can check in from 3pm onwards. Would make sense, sounds about right for a hotel check-in procedure.
  11. Other bits from the itinerary:- On arrival at the hotel Friday, standard check in time of 3pm, you're required to put down a credit card/cash deposit to cover any incidentals that you may charge to your room during your stay. Doesn't say how much, is to cover if you use the mini-bar and stuff I guess.- Registration is between 6pm-10pm, in the "Ambassador I Room", located behind the glass doors to the right of the front desk.- Platinum travel packagers have their own Midday Madness session at 11am. Silver and Gold will be at 2pm.- At the Midday Madness superstars will only be signing autograph mats and NOT personal items. :( Also: "You are welcome to bring your cameras and camcorders, yet superstars will be exclusively posing for photographs taken by out professional staff photographers". Make of that what you will. I can envisage cuing up for a superstar, giving them your autograph mat, turning round for a quick photo, the photographer giving you a number for collection, and being on your way. It says the photos can ONLY be picked up at the brunch the following day, and at no other time.Sounds a bit bitchy in places, but nice to finally have all the info. dopper will be able to tell us how similar this compares to his previous travel package itinerary.

  12. Latest e-mail from WWE for travel packagers...

Subject: RE: Registration - Friday Only    From: WrestleMania PackagesDate: Thu, 05 Feb 2004 14:51:11Registration will be held on Friday between 6:00pm and 10:00pm. Further details will be included in your Weekend Itinerary. Itinerary will be confirmed and mailed within the next couple of weeks.

Will be handy to get hold of that itinerary. Can really begin to plan things then.
  13. As the clock ticks away, the day nearly ends, and an order for my ticket to the Hall of Fame ceremony has not been placed. :( Nobody to go with, and so if the event is really good I shall be cursing you all forever.

  14. Im kinda leaning towards WWE Hall of Fame, do you guys think i could get away with a shirt and tie but not an actual suit?

You'd get in just fine. I'm sure there'll be plently of people who are not even wearing a tie. Just as long as you don't wear jeans and a scruffy t-shirt, you'll fit in just fine. That's all they're trying to avoid I think. It won't be strict.I'm still undecided on if I should go or not. :/ It looks good, but would have nobody to go with. Plus I'd have to shell out some money on some nice clothes for the occasion, so the entire thing could end up costing me
  15. Excellent work brettster. :thumbsup:Congratulations to Bagga, who can now parade his trophies around like the heel that he is. And of course to the ever wonderful Draz, who quite rightly claims the joint title (although well worthy of holding it alone) of the UKFF's funniest.
