Just started reading Inconceivable by Ben Elton. I enjoyed Dead Famous and Chart Throb, so hoping for something similar-ish. I know the other two are based on reality TV and this is not before anyone points it out.

Just finished reading: Floodlit Dreams: How to Save a Football Club by Ian Ridley.

Basically, he becomes Chairman of Weymouth FC in the conference, inheriting their debt and trying to organise a five year plan to get them to the football league and on their feet. However, along the way there are various struggles (people not wanting to put money in, people 'putting' money in, general back stabbing). It is really good and there is still enough on pitch action for it not just to be the finances. Steve Claridge is the manager at the time as well. A good read, got a couple of books sitting waiting back in the flat, so will start something tonight probably.

Witter was awful and I agree with what people are saying on how did he win on one of the judges cards! Even taking the knockdown out of the equation Witter would have struggled. Such a poor fight from him and it only adds ammunition for Hatton saying he won't fight him. Got what he deserved.

I am currently reading Michael Watson's autobiography and like most autobiographies you take most things with a pinch of salt. His two fights with Eubank, he seems to think he won the first easily and was dominating the secondd until round 10. He scores it as 9 rounds to him I think.Was Watson robbed or is he just bitter and big-headed?

I just finished watching Hyperdrive. Good fun from the writers and a few of the cast of "The 99p Challenge" on radio. So Miranda Hart, while not conventionally attractive, is funny which makes up for a hell of a lot.She was in "Smack the Pony" too, but don't let that annoy you too much.
