The talks they publicly acknowledged were with itv and bt sport it's nailed on for an announcement an app restriction happened yesterday which now been lifted which coincides with the new faq re impacts im guessing that was some sort of test

I'd guess the app will stay at £4.99 no idea what will happen re ppvs as they do want them live in the uk (or atleast did under Dixie) impacts will be given a 6 month time delay according to the new FAQ

Fingers crossed the teased additions to the app come off with Noah and crash shows supposedly getting added no doubt whatever was taped for GFW will soon be added aswell

So you are crossing your fingers you will get even more content which you won't pay for.... Unbelievable

And don't give me the "I've tried, I cant". You can. You can sign out the app, update and sign up again with a new account if you are that interested in the company

For those keeping track and who can see the bigger picture, Dunne has pulled out of 3 major UK/European promotions shows that he was booked on, at the last minute, in the last month.

 

WxW, IPW-UK and PCW.

 

He knew a month ago, after pulling out of the WxW and IPW-UK shows due to the terms of his WWE contract prohibiting him from wrestling on shows being taped for DVD and/or streaming, that he wasn't going to be able to wrestle on the PCW shows. Because it was EXACTLY the same type of situation. He had to have known, unless he's an idiot. And to be as successful as he's been thus far, he's not an idiot.

 

Regardless of Fludder's comments, which at this point are at best a massive coincidence that gave Dunne the excuse to pull out and babyface himself in the process, and at worst, provided him with the 'out' he needed. Dunne claiming that WWE didn't pull him from PCW is just using semantics as a get out clause. They didn't 'pull' him; Dunne himself signed a contract with WWE in January that doesn't allow him to wrestle on the shows. Blaming 'insensitive comments' sounds a lot better than 'I finally understand the small print in my WWE contract now'. Especially after HHH publicly talked about the whole WWE UK guys contracts in his conference call last month.

 

PCW are culpable too. They knew Dunne wasn't going to be able to wrestle on these shows, from late January onwards, as soon as the terms of Dunne's WWE contract came out publicly and Dunne had pulled out of WxW and IPW-UK. They were warned by multiple people. And their continuing silence on the matter since Dunne pulled out earlier this week is out of order, as it's basically become false advertising at this point. Almost a carbon copy of the Matt Riddle/PCW/PWG situation last year.

 

I understand this is all an inconvenient truth to some and that loads hate Fludder and want to jump on the hate bandwagon, but lets not make Dunne a saint in all of this. He could have handled this much better. Both sides are at fault and it's the fans who are being screwed. Dunne's comments about 'Well I'm still wrestling Pentagon Jr the night before in Portsmouth if fans want to see that match' are laughable. Yeah Pete, it's really feasible for the fans who paid money to see you wrestle at the PRESTON shows to do the 10 hour, 546 mile round trip the night before to PORTSMOUTH, on a weeknight, at short notice.     

 

The list of promotions that WWE allows Dunne to wrestle for in the U.K. is seemingly arbitrary, almost a 'favoured nations' type deal. Dunne is advertised for the Fight Club Pro shows over Easter weekend but I wouldn't be shocked at all if he gets pulled from there too. Maybe WWE won't want him wrestling against 3 top New Japan guys, who knows.

 

I would imagine Fight Club Pro have a better idea than anyone on here whether Dunne is allowed to appear or not, being as it's Co owned by Trent Seven who has the same contract.. Dunne wasn't pulled from this months FCP show which also had Trent, Tyler and Dan Moloney on the card...

Or perhaps it's been weighing on his mind since and felt he had made wrong choice and this was right thing to do.

 

 

If Dunne felt this strongly about Fludder's comments, why didn't he withdraw 10 days ago?

 

Maybe he doesnt live his life on facebook and isnt in the bubble all day and all night and only found out all the facts recently?

 

He tweeted out that he was donating his pay, from show, when this all happened. Of course he knew what was said by Fludder.

Or he had been told no money was going hence saying he will donate but maybe didn't know the actual statement from Fludder as it had been deleted at that point.

Maybe he has seen a screen shot since?

Worth pointing out there are still some standing tickets for Brum available on the venue site at time of typing this.. How many I don't know but it reserved me 2 when I just tested it...

In my defence here I have not tried to scam them at all I've made several attempts to try and fix the issue without any success

erm i can 100% assure you that your wrong the numbers inside DO NOT represent a specific title it gives you the order in which you can pick a title shot with each title only alowed to be chosen once try watching the show before you make such comments

Yeah pretty confident wrestleuk is right on this one. It's for the the order you get to call champions out on open fight night isn't it? With each champ getting called once.

It's still a bit stupid because the order is randomised so if you get the case you might come 4th, but it's much, much better than feast or fired.

Not really, with feast and fired they were opened later iirc. With shows prerecorded that's plenty of chance to make sure the right number is in the right case...

Yup fight did indeed air last weeks thankfully however sportsmania uploaded the pop feed to there VOD section this morning so I've been able to watch it

And just for the record I have app to have a look at it but haven't subscribed as yet as there's no real reason to ATM with me having the fight channel anyway I may however subscribe if the content keeps increasing it's looking pretty good so far

Considering TNA was publicly vocal about not being happy when AJ Styles pulled out of an agreed deal with them, it does seem double standards to us that the company would ask talent to back out of a deal that has been in place for many months especially after pulling him from us last October. We have lost out financially having paid for an extensive promotional campaign with EC3 clearly front and centre promoting his appearance but most of all I feel for fans who have used their hard earned money and booked travel to see/meet EC3. We have gone above and beyond to try source a replacement in tough times for those fans but it is a shame that when asked for assistance TNA told us ''nothing can be done''."

 

I'm not sure if it's a positive or negative one, but it's certainly quite an achievement to tape most or all of a 63-match world title tournament without anyone noticing.

The girl Knux was with looked like she pops in Tantastic a few times a week and whores it up especially for Big Mike when he pops round to fix the fruit machines. I dont get why they made her look so trashy? Knux made it sound like he was revisiting a childhood sweetheart last week. looking at his timeline i believe its done by a fansite and he is putting 100+ of them up himself to try and promote the show (without tna approval etc)

You'll probably find that its not TNA who have made that, or are even aware what the poster is like. They've probably sold the show to a local who pays for the event, TNA just supply the ring, wrestlers, lighting, and book the show, it is the local mugs job to buy the promotional material and do all advertising in the hope it turns a profit which he gets to keep. They do this for house shows and with some of the decisions TNA have made recently I wouldn't be shocked if they'd started doing it with TV tapings for a higher price but it could backfire if the local can't be arsed or does a shitty job and TNA end up airing a show recorded in front of 20 people.

 

There's no way thats professionally made though, at least I hope not.

Thing is...this poster is for their Thursday Night IMPACT TV Tapings, not a live event.

please please PLEASE tell me thats a fake photoshopped poster as quite frankly ive seen more professional and better laid out posters for the local working mens club
