I was actually thinking about them today and looked up the last time they wrestled on tv. An episode of main event back in April.

Primo and Epico have to be next. And Mojo.

I won't be surprised they next tonight if more are released

  2. Was looking at @BritWresAwayDay on twitter and the list of companies that have stopped doing shows in 2019 there been a lot the list so far is this:

    Defiant Wrestling

    World Of Sport

Southside Wrestling (merging with Rev Pro)

    IPW:UK

    3CW

    Fight Forever

    Pro Wrestling Chaos

    Pro Wrestling Clash

    Anarchy Pro

    Legacy Wrestling

    Empire

    DWA

    United Pro

    Breed

    Tetsujin

    Big League

I didn't add Pro Wrestling Elite in that list from @BritWresAwayDay because of tragic reasons which we all know and Wrestling Experience Scotland/ICW are doing a show in 2020 in Ayr

OWE UK I would say go on that list because they did sell tickets then cancelled before the first show but don't think that will happen in 2020

I was so bored without people to argue with that I started using fucking Twitter. Got a 12 hour ban within 48  hours for calling that countdown woman a cunt. Then within 20 minutes of my ban I got another week long ban for calling her a grass.

Now I’m just going to have to use UKFF while I wait for my ban to be up. 4 days and 4 hours left

Yeah if you say the word C*** on twitter then you get banned happened to me for saying Jeremy Hunt is a C***

Bit of a storm going on at Broken Ring Wrestling (why the fuck would you pick that name?) at the moment, if anyone fancies a bit of entertainment. A double whammy of the promoter making cancer/abuse "jokes", and also asking female talent for their phone number "to confirm a booking" and continuing to pester them after they said no. Been going on for most of the afternoon, it seems, so there's plenty to catch up with if you feel so inclined.

    @ring_ broken

Saturday is suppose to be there only second show they done and all the money was suppose to go to a school that supports children with autism

Half-true; I also edited it to include "celebrate SWE", you massive sponge.

I also don't see why it's a big issue; you edited your previous post to include your Impact spiel. Have a wank, SBA.

EDIT: Oh, and let the record show that I tried to get the thread back on course but SBA just couldn't take the loss. Just like a proper Tory.

I lived in Nottingham for a few years between 2012-2014 and went to a fair few Southside shows.  In almost all cases I was drawn in by the international names, which varied from mega workers like Fergal Devitt and Fin Balor, to old WWF guys like Tatanka and Bob Holly, but ended up leaving the show buzzing about a match featuring UK talent.

There was one, on paper, semi-innocuous looking match on a Nottingham show in 2013 or 2014 which was The Hunter Brothers vs Flips and Forearms (Mark Andrews and Pete Dunne) which is still perhaps my favouritre match I've ever seen live.

    Great promotion Southside.

Fergal Devitt and Finn Balor are the same person

  7. Speaking of OWE just seen someone check there receipt on buying a ticket for one of the shows and it went to Nothingelseontv which is run by Sean McMahon.

Plus checking his name on companies house is very interesting especially as he resigned and had shares so did Jay Apter of TNT Wrestling

Between this, Breed Wrestling's show getting cancelled due to some suspect 'complaints' to the council and Southside closing down, it's safe to say that BritWres is back!

Heard it was a rival promotion that complained but we don't know if that's true or not

Well, then he's deleted their Twitter account too, by the looks of it.

He's also changed his Facebook profile and cover photos to all black, probably in the hope that no one will track him down.

None of this really feels like the actions of an honest promoter inconvenienced by visa issues, does it?

He will be found out soon by doing a bit of searching on Google will help find out more about him

"OWE UK" did Tweet out an email address to use for refunds. Now that their account has been deleted (and the promoter's too, by the looks of it), that seems more dubious. "Delayed rather than cancelled" is like "you'll be able to use your ticket for a future event"; it's promoter-speak for "we can't afford to give you a refund".

I'm assuming none of the OWE lot are coming over now, but there's American talent booked on those shows - depending on if/when flights were booked, and who paid for them, they could be massively out of pocket if they can't get replacement bookings at such short notice. And it won't be easy, considering everyone else on the card will be after them too.

Plus OWE UK twitter said it was Visa issues from China and Canada that where issues before the tweet where deleted.

I think there more to this as Sean McMahon who was behind OWE UK is behind NothingElseOnTV.

The same company who where showing that Dwarf Wrestling show last year that caused uproar.
