  1. Do WWE edit a lot of the ppvs on the network? I thought they were supposed to show them as they were broadcast. But watching Summerslam 2003 I've noticed some edits, one bleeping Eric Bischoff calling Shane a piece of shit. They also edited Kane's botch in his match with RVD, originally Kane falls off the top rope when going for a dive to the outside, they cut this out just showing his 2nd attempt.

  2.

I'll ask Bret on twitter....since he was 'so'involved in the development

Bet someone told him it's the best game they ever played.

Yeah didn't they do a piece on TV were Bret said he created the game. I seem to recall him attending a meeting about the game in his wrestling attire and a tie?

  3. Watching Backlash 2003 on the Network. I've noticed on a few of the PPVs I've watched that Ric Flairs music isn't the same, wasn't sure if at the time they just wasn't paying the rights to that music because at times he's had a similar generic music, but also Booker T didn't have his usual music neither.

Also I'm sure the camera men are wearing tshirts that say "We The People" with We being WWE logo. So have they tried to get the We The People catchphrase/ slogan over in the past?

  4. Just re watching Wrestlemania XIX. In the Hogan - McMahon match I'm just baffled by why Spanish commentator Hugo took a chair shot and bladed. Just seemed pointless and no purpose. Didn't even cause a distraction for Hogan. Infact Hogan didn't seem at all bothered he hit a innocent commentator with a chair. I'm guessing they were just going for the anything can happen vibe.

  5. I'm sure the torn pec was the initial injury in 1999, but didn't he also tear his groin while training for his comeback? I have this memory in my head from the time that he was supposed to return in January 2000 and got another injury which put him out of Mania.

EDIT: Actually he was limping around in mid-99 if I remember. He might have went down with a torn groin and injured his pec before Mania. I know he had a load of injuries and was thinking of packing it in.

Yeah think he torn his pec a few days before a Royal Rumble 2000. He was weight lifting with Bryan Adams aka Crush at the time.

  6. In a horrifying example of just how fast time flies, I have just realised that Bret Hart has been back on working terms with WWE for longer than his exile. If you count from the screwjob to his HoF induction, that is pretty much exactly the same amount of time (within ten days) as from that HoF to today. I know Bret had actually done some stuff with them prior to the HoF, such as his 2005 DVD set, so it's actually even longer that he's been back in the family, but the HoF was his first big time appearance back with them.

I'd disagree with this. Yes Bret accepted his HOF, However he only appeared at the ceremony, he chose not to appear at Wrestlemania. He came back properly in 2010.

  7. Just watching the 1994 Rumble PPV (really good btw I thought) whats the deal with everyone attacking Undertaker in the title match? As in storyline reason for seemingly the majority of the heels wanting to help Yokozuna win?

I was watching that recently too. Your right it doesn't make sense the likes of Deisel and Jeff Jarrett helping Yokozuna when right after the match they showed wrestler interviews saying how they were gonna win the rumble and beat the champ at Wrestlemania X
