It's such a completely insane series of events that he's more comparable to - using movie killers as an analogy - the Tooth Fairy from Red Dragon, than say someone on The Bill who beat his wife to death, and obviously the product of a delusional mind that had broken. All the OMG CHILD KILLER stuff, while true, and of course inexcusable, rather than hooting on about Chris Benoit's inherent evilness, we should be asking why things were allowed to escalate this far, especially if there have been warning signs for a while. If there were signs that he'd become unhinged, how come nobody stepped in?

Well Said.While Benoit was my hero, a true inspiration for me, I'm coming to terms with everything. Yes, I will not look at him in the same way again, but, I'm not going to condem him with all the "OmgZzzzzz Burn In Hellz0r" and stuff like that, Its now asking questions like you said.. Why did it get so far, if reports are to be believed? Benoit was obviously a very sick man. And this is what's really sad in this case. It's going to open up a lot of questions in the next few weeks, which WWE will have to address, I'm sure. If there was concerns about his mental well being. Why wasn't anything done.

Oh yeah for sure I'll admit that. But there is obviously a certain ammount of biased here due to him having so many classic matches. If you take the rose coloured spectacles off and forget about Benoit the wrestler and look at what has been written from legitimate sources (and take for granted these statements will more than likely be repeated at this press conference) then i think its very safe to tar Benoit with the murderer brushNancy and Daniel RIPBenoit rot in hell

Curry Angel.Fuck off.it's perfectly respectable to say "Innocent untill Proven Guilty". Because this is the case. Untill the news conference is gone, he's innocent. Untill the full invesitgation is completed, he's innocent. And i'm not letting my admiration of him as a performer alter my opinion. I'm a very open minded person, and truley believe in the innocent untill proven guilty mentality. Theres been far too many mis-carriages of justice in the past, when things looked clear cut to not have that mentality.So, get a grip mate, please.

Who knows though? The "Bizzare" circumstances are still to be revealed?Who's to say that the Benoits weren't in trouble? and decided to do away with themselves? I think the time for mud slinging, tar-brushing and arguing should be suspended till after 8pm

Given the media coverage it has now, I'm sure FoxNews might be streaming it.

I'm positive that the only concrete details will come out tonight at the press conference. I'm not believing anything else till then.
