The Impact Zone was one of those "bucket list" places for wrestling fans that you really had to attend at least once. Revelling amongst the mutants was something you had to experience at least once. It was fun to watch wrestling live in here, even if they should have got rid of it ages ago. Also, they used to shoot {Pro} and Worldwide in there, didn't they? WCW have certainly done a few shows from there. The capacity was about 1000, so it was quite small, but it has so much history to it.

 

I'll really miss the Impact Zone. It's going to be quite strange going to Florida and not getting the chance to go watch Impact.

Wasn't wcw filmed at MGM studios for a while not universal?

I seem to remember the cameras showing the Mickey Mouse ears before the show started

Anyone else think that theve based the new aj styles character on sting? His storyline about being tna or aces and eights reminds me very much of the sting wcw or nwo storyline. Aj dosent hardly say anything,shows no emotions and has been watching from the stands. Very similar i think obviously not as good but im still enjoying it

Who liked the whole Bully explanation?

 

I really liked it. I wonder if they knew from the very start what would happen, or whether it was a case of slotting Bully in half way through, and working out a pre text that worked for all the stuff before (i.e. Bully "calling" Bobby etc). Nice to have the continuity regardless.

i loved it , i really enjoyed impact this week. Has the whole explanation video packages been done like that before in wrestling casue i cant remember anything like it?

I have the gsp affliction t shirt which I got from the USA. I got it cause I'm a big gsp fan. I've got a UFC 138 t shirt that I got from the event and I've got a sky blue UFC logo t shirt. I only really wear them around the house or in the gym.

Thing is if there runing house shows which they were they might aswell do impact tapings instead of all the house shows. Just have some impact some house shows but the same amount of dates

F4WOnline.com is reporting that TNA officials are under the belief that Sting is very close to signing a deal to return to the company, even though his profile was removed from the TNA website as we reported last night.

At last word, Sting had NOT been contacted by WWE officials and there has apparently been no discussion between both sides concerning an appearance by Sting at WrestleMania.

is it sting or not, the rating wont go up. never a rating winner or ppv attraction, hes was the nearly guy

Just a point on what on Dixie has said , if Sting is the type of person we all think he is surely Dixie Carter would have been the first to be told that he has signed for the WWE by Sting himself. Surely she would have been told.
