Isn't that sposed to be pretty decent, i've nae seen it but heard mostly very good things.

The Twin Peaks movie also reveals the murderer which is a key plot point the first and half the second series is based on. Plus contains references to stuff that happens in the last episode of the series. Whilst it occurs before the series it's by no means a first chapter in the story, it's definately the last

 

Twin Peaks is approximately my favourite thing ever, but even I would discourage people from watching it if they're gonna watch the movie first.

What don't you like it?

 

Increasingly convoluted storylines that never seem to have an impact on anything (although this new one might reign them back in), heavy reliance on the same crutches (ooh the future, must stop it - oh no Hiro has lost his powers/gone somewhere weird again!, Clares Dad just wants to protect her - but she is a teenage so rebels!), increasing focus on poor actors, poor writing (the number of times characters do something stupid - purely to advance the plot, or writers just changing shit to suit them - see peters new 'one power at a time'), lack of decent continuity (aforementioned heel/face turns and loads of other bits that escape my mind)

 

I unno, the first series was so good. Now it's a big mess, doesn't seem like they plan anything - all these weird storylines just kinda go round and round with arcs starting and stopping without warning. The new chapter looks like it might be able to reign in a lot of their mistakes but series 2 and part one of 3 were just so awful.

Freaks and Geeks is great.. I would describe it as heartwarming. Teenage me is totally in love with the girl in that show.

By teenage you, I sort of assumed you meant you now but without admitting to fancying a teenager

 

I think she was about 20 something when she did freaks and geeks.

Also speaking of 6ft Under, I just watched the first episode of True Blood the other day. I knew within the first minute that I would at leat be watching the first few episdoes because it was funny, and featured good music and nudity.

Is said nudity anything to do with the girl who played Rogue?

I've been to Bristol recently and erm, well, they certainly qualify as unconventional.Strange fucking place.

Depends what area your in.Centre of town has your nasty looking Vicky Pollard inspirationsBut some of the hippie areas certainly have some real nice looking and unconventional girls.Then go up to the uni area and it's full of conventially hot types.And it's an awesome place.

Yeah ROH will survive, apparently it's been funded by some money mark for quite some time so RF's "leaving" won't affect it much. Doubt if he'll even leave, seeing that saying he's left has relieved all the ROH marks into saying everything = A OK.Didn't Hijinx leave ROH sometime around December? He certainly looks like a certain young pop star whom Rob claims to have a similar looking ex-bf (broke up in December)?
