  1.

Kane has been there consistently (bar injuries) since 1997. That’s almost forever in WWE years.

He's been employed by them for nearly 20 years with a few breaks. In wrestling that's pretty remarkable. I actually think he's under-rated. Probably because they run out of ideas for him so he goes on these bland runs where he puts people over. Then someone gets a brainwave and he's a monster again.

His work is almost always good, sometimes great.

The biggest compliment you can give him is in spite of these barren patches and brain waves no one ever calls bullshit if they decide to throw him into the main event or even title mix whenever they do get one of those brainwaves. He's got to be up there now with the Undertaker as enduring characters too, nearly twenty years as Kane in the same company, outstanding work.

  2.

I don't watch any WWE programming except for WrestleMania on a Tuesday I watch the highlights of Raw on WWE.com.

So you choose to log onto a forum to discuss what you don't watch ?

should start a new thread ... 'talk about what you don't watch' ... Me first ... I haven't seen the new Planet of the apes film, Its shit

You don't need to watch TNA to know it's shit.

  3. Sorry for having an opinion but it doesn't say much for the WWE Superstars when the most entertaining segment on the show was Stephanie and Brie Bella. Fueds are so boring these days interrupting matches and beat downs it's like WWE are getting there ideas from WWE Games. There's nothing original anymore. It's all very by the predictable. Gone are the days when WWE had me hooked...suppose I'm 27 now and not a kid anymore and we all have to grow up. I'll stick to watching 80s 90s and early 2000s wrestling.

    I'm 29 and you're full of shit.

  4. Then Rollins could have turned at the PPV, costing his team the match

What, so the match would have ended in the first minute? Or he would have still done all the same moves on Evolution and then in the last minute of the match changed his mind? You're an idiot either way, and don't post Smackdown spoilers in this thread. Now fuck off.

Agreed. The fact that the turn has caused this much intense discussion shows its a win for WWE, everyone is obviously interested to the point that they want to watch Smackdown and, as a consequence, RAW as well. Great turn, great work.

You may have been a little harsh there, Pitcos.

  5. Doesn't this weaken the argument that the wrestlers were contractors rather than employees?

Possibly, but this is a tremendous gesture from WWE. Like the Rehab scheme they have going on its something they don't have to do for people but do anyway. Yes its a publicity winner but lets not sour kind deeds when they do genuinely help people.

  6. I can't wait to see Seth in a suit next week.

OK this in fact will be my major gripe about Rollins turning. Next to Orton and HHH in theirs he's going to look like someone who's borrowed their Dad's work suit for prom.

Another reason to hate a heel. Not necessarily a bad thing.

  7. If they really want to heat Evolution up, they should have Ric make a surprise appearance by interrupting an Evolution promo in the coming weeks, coming out to embrace his old mates, only to be turned away by Triple H. They should then bring in a new member. I'd have used Bo Dallas if he wasn't already set to come in with his Bo-lieve gimmick.

We all want it, but Flair can't seem to make his way through a public appearance these days without having a meltdown. WWE can't trust him and I really don't want to see a great man like Flair looking sad.

I can't see Evolution being around long enough for there to any point in any new members. I'll be mildly surprised if they make it past Extreme Rules and very surprised if they make it past Summerslam.
