I've been looking forward to watching the next episode for days now. I'll be watching it tonight. I love how the focal point of the whole programme/promotion is the world's heavyweight championship. 

What baffles me is that it must have been the Saudi's who originally contacted WWE because they wanted them over there for shows. Then they decided not to pay for the shows afterwards? So surely It's Saudi Arabia in the wrong. 

Sounds like something you'd hear happen in Israel. 

Wow! So an interesting show then. I'll watch it tomorrow.

I'm all for conspiracies and hadn't even thought about this! It's brilliant. There could well be a ratings spike. 

How's it going Kat? I was hoping to catch a stream but it's not working. I'll have to watch it tomorrow now. NWA episode 4 it is for me tonight then. Apparently Tim isn't on this episode so it's not a great night for me 😀

Interested to see if anything gets said about it in 10 minutes. 

After reading through this thread a few times I decided to give it a go and I'm up to episode 4 now. I'm going to watch it tonight. I love the old school feel of the show. It's put together well and flows nice and quickly and you don't get bored. 

How can you not love Tim Storm? I'm in love with the guy already and I've only just watched him for the first time this week. I'd read about him on here before of course but wasn't really interested. I've been going on you tube now and looking into parts of Storm and Jocephus. 

I'll be making time for this programme every week from now on. When the Mrs got up this morning I was watching episode 3 and I told her it was my new favourite programme. She didn't seem to understand my enthusiasm and with this now on top of AEW. She's probably aware that she's going to have to tolerate a bit more wrestling than she was already 😀. 

How much do they get for the Saudi shows again? Surely it's all gone on Fury and Velasquez and everyone will be watching on the network instead of PPV, so are they running this at a loss?

Also, I thought Mayweather got $20m.

I'd like to echo the appreciation for Lawler this week. It's not just nostalgia, he knows what he's doing and was generally on the ball. 

I think it's fair to say that most of us longtime fans still miss the Fink. He can still announce too. His voice is superb. He deserved much better than what he got in the end. 

I always thought Sgt. Slaughter was one of his long time besties too. I always remember Jim Ross saying that he'd been part of Vinces "inner circle" for over 20 years about 20 years ago and always believed it. 

Agreed Pitcos. It suits Corbin's character to win it and he could milk it for ages. Then we can have another accolade added to his ring introductions if they decide to start doing them again. I hope he gets a favourite son introduction if he makes the final. It's amazing how it's the little things sometimes that win you over with a wrestler. 

This is everything we need. Every towns "Favourite Son" has really grown on me in recent months 

I'm getting a bit concerned because I'm starting to like Baron Corbin more. 

Not one mention of Reigns possibly showing up on Raw? Their efforts of bumping up the ratings are looking likely to fall flat on its face. He was only there a couple of weeks ago anyway! 

I'm working late this week so I stayed up and watched it live. I quite enjoyed the show actually. Shane's introductions are brilliant, there's some life in those for a while. I agree with masses about The War Raiders. What a shame for them. Lovely bit of excellence from Lacey I thought.

Christ, I hadn't even thought about that! Won't be long until we find out now! 

The New Day really are one of the greatest acts of all time. The way they all gel is so natural. Big E's split was amazing and his constant mannerisms are hilarious. 

We all need to remember this HHH promo when he pedigrees Ric Flair through a table on his 75/80th birthday. 

Sorry if this sounds a bit bad taste but I'm wondering what advanced treatments Roman's been able to have. He doesn't look like he's had a drop of chemo. 

Friday night post? I pretty much agree with everything you're getting at though. 

I enjoyed Raw on the whole this week. 

For the first time in my life, I am really enjoying Bobby Lashley and a big part of that is because of Corey Graves. His efforts in putting him over are tremendous. It sounds like he's worshiping him and it's quite amusing. I'm enjoying Grave's work with Lashley as much as I enjoyed his hatred for The Drifter back in NXT. Lashley hasn't got one mouthpiece, he's got 2. 

Maybe we'll get to see his favourite pose next week or at the Rumble. 

Apollo Crews showed more charisma in this segment than I've probably seen thus far in his career. It definitely benefitted him and even though he botched the Gorilla Press during the match, it was forgivable because he was trying to raise "The Almighty" above his head. Not an easy task for anyone. 

Lacey Evans looked like a star and recovered from the hat incident in true character. It didn't hurt her and I'm quite excited about what the future has in store for her. She's got a great gimmick.

Must've been the pre-show match that would have been taped for the following NXT? He had his match with Apollo like thst too but I wasn't counting it as it wasn't on the main card.
