Wonder who will take his spot, not just any spot, not a liver spot and no not your dog spot but Arn spot.
-
Just from seeing Cody tweet congratulating him on Twitter and maybe putting 2 and 2 together and getting 5... It would be worrying if this was the type of ear AEW were whispering into.

Is there any link to spoiler free MVP/Daley? I have sky but didn't record it, now regretting it because no torrents up at minute.

Just caught a bit of Balor for first time in Bullet Club. Did he have a hair transplant?
Cena and Randy too from a quick google. Anybody else on the roster? -
Finn Balor is a proper twink.
Elias is the true answer! -
I like it.
Conor is the greatest thing to happen to MMA but even he must know to rein it in. There was fatigue from the fans at the tail end off the Mayweather fight hype. Since the Silver fight til then, the guy was a hot streak off pissing gold. Hopefully he picks his shots leading up to fight week. -
Khan fitness was alarming considering that it's vital to his game. Might just be a bad weight cut issue but needs to be on point for whichever opponent he takes if his to stand a chance.

I don't want to sound like a right tightfisted twat but is nobody bothered that these PPVs are seemingly bring a huge halt to regular Saturday night boxing on Sky Sports.
3 or so years ago you'd have a constant stream off decent cards on a Saturday night. I don't think Matchroom stable is as strong or big as back then which could play a part, i guess. -
Fury is no doubt a natural boxer but i'm pretty confident Wilder who at times fights like he's outside a local wetherspoons will put him down and finish him.
Times about to catch up with Fury. Whilst having talent, He hasn't live the life of a boxer for a long time now. Just this constant weight cut/attempt to get into shape is a huge task in itself. Come November/December Wilders athleticism and energy is going run through a drained Fury imo. -

Agreed. I also wouldn't mind seeing Weidman vs Whittaker.
Gastelum doesn't seem in Dana good books.

The main event might be my favorite fight of the year. So much stuff happened you kinda forget it could've been stopped if the ref brought in the doctor towards end of round 2.
I enjoy both guys. Such a shame Romero is 41. He was like a ticking time bomb in them first two rounds. Really is a 1 of a kind. -
Who trains Tyson now? And why the split with his uncle?

Arn could cut a promo and a half. Had great solid matches from the start to the end if his in-ring career. As for Owen I thought his heel work in 94 was wonderful I agree that he wasn't a solid main eventer like Bret but he was very very good. And in ring excellent . But seriously I'm pretty convinced your trying (and succeeding) to get a rise out of everyone on here
I'm really not.
Especially when you've agreed with 1 part of my 2 "Random Thoughts"
I see what Rick's saying and it's the general vibe looking back on A.A I've noticed through interviews and podcasts. I'm not sold though but i'l keep even more a eye on A.A when on the Network.
Anybody think he ever sold a ticket when not with Flair? On 5/28/2018 at 8:02 PM, The King Of Swing said:Arn Anderson is one of the greatest upper midcard guys ever. Maybe greatest.
One of the most believable wrestlers ever.
Oh wow. Who is in this tier?

I don't know if this was the first two hour Raw, but I always remember recording Raw on a 1 hour tape and this one just cut off midway. Was gutted.
That was early February i believe. They announced showing the full Rumble match but on the network it's just a second hour off RAW. Think Pritchard said the couldn't end up showing the rumble match due to the PPV or video distribution contract.
Watched the Final Four main event since i'm rolling through 97. Great match that doesn't suffer from the "roll out off the ring for ages and let two men go at it" we see a lot now. Just pure chaos with Kevin Dunn scrambling to get the spots. -
Like which period?
I remember you could hear a pin drop around 93-94 watching him. I wouldn't say i have a intense knowledge off his career but that doesn't bode well for greatest upper mid card guy ever.

Just got into "wrasslin podcasts" and two things pop up frequently that bug me.
1. Arn Anderson wasn't that great. Unless his standing next to Flair nobody gives a fuck about him and his dad bod no matter how real he looked or how he could sell a injury. Corny trying to sell him above Sid just floored me.
2. Owen Hart wasn't anywhere near Bret level. The whole well he was more athletic argument people use to put him near Bret is stupid. Like Arn, if not standing with a certain person (Bret) wasn't anywhere near the level people like to think. -
Sheamus has a Youtube channel were he does a training session with a different superstar every ep. It's tons off fun.
Not knocking him but very strange to see a powerhouse like Sheamus struggle with a 100kg on bench press. Guessing the horrific traveling and working hours really knocks you out. Worth watching the 1 he fails, with Sasha Banks.
Gives a great insight if your into that kinda thing. -
Boxnation.
Do you get Boxnation free with BT now? -
Do they have a DNA sample off the Zodiac?
-
It annoys me more than it should but can refs stop asking for a round off applause seemingly after every fight.
-
Impressive as can be from Brook.
That division is the definition off "high risk, low reward" though. Very intriguing match ups for boxing fans though. -
I don't think Schaub replaced Ariel.
I remember him speaking about it on his podcast. He said he and Ariel were texting each other about how happy they were getting the gig. Ariel then saw Brendan in the hotel and Ariel was clearly upset/crying after being told he wasn't getting used due to Dana.
Schaub said it sucked but wasn't his place to go to bat for Ariel since he was lucky being given the opportunity especially with his beef with Dana. -

Fucking hell so Schaub's invading boxing now as well? I thought he was just doing the pundit thing for Mayweather vs McGregor because of McGregor being an MMA fighter. Why's he still around? He really is the new GAD.
Ha. By the looks off it, Showtime are investing in him. Not sure what time it airs but his been given a hour (if this segment was 20 mins) program on Showtime covering boxing and mma.
I don't mind Schaub but his lack off knowledge in boxing in very visible in this segment alone. Probably not the wisest move taking a dig at Lampley in your trailer also.
Edit - Saw in the other thread, Ebb was right it's a digital show. -
I wouldn't put money on it. I mean Smith was the betting favorite from the beginning.
The stupid talk from Nas last night and some pathetic tweets from fellow pro's to Eubanks about his ability does grind on me a bit though. Junior can still be a handful for most in the division. I wouldn't say i was overly impressed with Groves either last night tbh. So seeing Eubanks coming back from a loss and beating current pundits golden boy Smith would be great.
It's a long shot though. Due to Smith ability and the advantage he gains from weighing far more than nearly everybody come the first bell.

Sarri made a big mistake backing down. I don't know if that was the biggest sign of disrespect or Hazard penalty was.
City channeled Liverpool with terrible attacking play today but very nice to get a trophy.
Pep Quadiola!
