  1. Tasmin Lucia Khan has been given a few mentions in this thread. So, enjoy these, Tasmin lovers:

    :p:p:p:love:

What ITV News show is she on? Is it national or local?

The article says she will be doing the news on Daybreak which will be replacing GMTV on ITV very soon.

If it wasn't for that twonk Adrian Chiles, I would now be a hardcore viewer.

    Here is the real news:

    Naga Munchetty.

    That is dirt.

  2. Do announcers/commentators know the match results ahead of time? For instance if there's a title change scheduled, do they know in advance?

I think it depends on the individual situation, company and announcer in question.

There's no way I can see someone like Michael Cole or Tenay not knowing. Their stuff seems to clich

  3. EastEnders looks like it'll be pissing all over Corrie for the forseable future. Phil's about to smoke a crack, whilst up North, John Stape shits his panties for the 59th time this week and Audrey gets diddled by Nigel Havers.

Come on, Street, step up a gear.

It won't be long before Peter Barlow goes back on the drink, and Simon's Nan and Grandad take him away again. Enders and Corrie always seem to copy eachother somehow. Notice both shows currently have a person in a wheelchair, one has a storyline about gay people, the other has one about lesbians (Emmerdale joined in with this trend last time I watched properly in late May).

  4. He has turned super heel! He is the clone of my father as well, banging on his kid's door kicking it down and trying to beat up the mum. It makes me hate him, when I'm not laughing at him.

  5. We found out earlier this week that WWE has now banned their wrestlers from wrestling with gloves on. My question is, when Goldust was on Raw last week - was he wearing gloves?

Except we didn't you ignorant gullible fuck. Ziggler was clearly having fun at the expense of morons like you.

Ziggler is a boring fuck. Is that his idea of fun?

This coming from you is quite the statement.

At least I'm not a dull Smackdown Midcarder.

  7. I'm a Corrie die-hard, but the storyline involving John, Charlotte and the now deceased Colin Fishwick is unforgivably shit. Fishwick looked like he dropped dead of a heart attack, rather than a blow from Stape or the weird-looking woman (which is what I assumed would be the cause of death before the episodes aired), so why John had to start panicking and wanting to hide the body is just utterly ridiculous.

If he'd phoned for an ambulance and the police like a normal person, the authorities would soon see that Fishwick died of natural causes and it wasn't murder. The only thing John and Charlotte would have to explain that might've been awkward were Colin's bruises. Instead, as an obviously contrived effort to keep this angle going for another couple of months or more, Stape acts like the stereotypical Soap Accidental Murderer, pressuring Charlotte into helping him get rid of the dead Fishwick. Utterly stupid.

What's more, the trailers that ITV had been showing all week made these episodes look like they'd be quite serious, Corrie's attempts to do this kind of thing as well as EastEnders and (occasionally) Emmerdale. Instead, it was pure farce from start to finish, with the dustbin and Norris "that bald bloke" Cole and Charlotte losing her car keys. Felt almost like false advertising to me. Come on Street, if you're going to try and emulate your biggest rival, then at least do it right. Actually have someone commit a murder in order for them to want to hide the body, and save the comedy for a lighter episode.

My mum watched Colin Fishwicks get the Finkerpoke Of Doom, fall on the floor an die - she laughed and told me to turn it over. Luckily I stuck around and was able to see Roy and Hayley Croper get pissed. Eastenders has been brilliant this week.

I cant answer that, but I missed that news earlier in the week. What are the reason(s) for that banning?

I'm not sure of the reasons (If there is even one, or is it just Vince McMahon's latest power trip episode), but Dolph Ziggler posted this on his Twitter account:

"I don't wear gloves anymore! They have been banned from ringside! Hopefully we can atleast High-5!".
