  1. So judge me if you like, but I still plan to go ahead with Anarchy Pro Wrestling, as ambitious as it is, because I believe it can work and I've worked too damn hard not to and I will continue to do so until June 16th. So judge me now, or judge me June 17th when the smoke has cleared.

    Classic quote of the year!
  2. Pass me the sick bucket! The tears are from all those people who paid silly money for tickets for a top card and got well not much, the tears are frm the people who are owed money and goods from 1PW. Feel the love and all bow to the great man of Gauntly.. Yes in the words of Jim Royale - 'My Arse.'

  3. Been speaking to Micky L, Iain Robinson today and they were never paid and are still waiting to be paid both wages and expenses as agreed prior to them wrestling your shitty show Mel, Kriss, rodger fucking rabbit! So don't go with the bullshit that everyone was paid. You can show as many fake fucking emails as you like and photo's of you actually paying someone a long time after the event, but don't bull shit saying you paid everyone. They are down a lot of money in ex's alone. All this bollox about its my money, his money blahhh blahh blahh is nothing more than shite. Mel and Kriss both of your reputations are not worth a used tampax. So fuck off with the excuses and bullshit.

  4. My advice on getting your money back would be that if you bought your tickets with a credit card from 1up/1pw and you have insurance, get them to get your money back for you. It is what I have just done. HSBC don't fuck about.

I dunno if they use paypal, but if they do anyone purchased stuff via paypal and not recieved them get in touch with paypal...
  5. Its OK he will be back running under another company name in the next few weeks. I am not sure how true this is, but I was told Brian Dixon has went bankrupt a couple of times and bounced back.Unfortunatly in this case anyone who (none company) is fooked if 1PW owe them for tickets, DVD etc. You will never see your money again. Its a dirty way to write off debts, but seems like this was his plans from day 1. This is what he did with the origional ebay shop isn't it.?

  6. I have just clocked my first PC game... whooo hooo and with no cheats or walk throughs.F.E.A.R is one of the most engrosing games I have played on the PC, and would recomend it to anyone with a fast PC.One thing that pissed me off though is when playing online, most of the knobheads use cheats and its impossable to enjoy the online gaming.

  7. I love the way people have to hide there ID's, by registering a false account. It would be great if some people would grow some balls and stop hiding behind usernames, just so they can shit stir like little bitches in a school playground. My take on it all:1PW are not what I would call your standard british fed. Speaking to wrestlers who have worked the shows, they have said its the most professional setup, front of house and backstage. The wrestlers and staff are looked after better than any other UK promotion they have worked for.If they are in any sort of financial difficulty thats their business; I too heard these rumours a few weeks ago, and to be honest it would not suprise me, but no one knows any facts apart from those directly involved in 1PW.British wrestling at times can be seedy and backstabbing, but hey this comes with the territory. I am sure 1PW will ride the storm. At the end of the day, I remember a few years ago the FWA getting this exact same crap on these forums, new registered users, with inside gossip and it was nothing more than an attempt to shit stir. The amazing thing was that most of those shit stirrers were people who the FWA trusted and I put money on its the same case with 1PW.The shit heads who are shit stirring need to stop hiding behind new usernames, and grow some balls. Its not big or clever at the end of the day. If you have a problem with 1PW or any UK promotion, its more grown up to be straight forward if posting on a forum or even more so, why do it on a forum, why not contact them direct.

  8. A lot of talk about other channels, yes this is true and I know for a fact if the wrestling channel takes off and an interest grows in wrestling a few of the small channels might be interested. People seem to missing the important factor. The production still has to be of an excellent quality. Including commentary etc. Its up to the promotions now to make sure the products are up to scratch. The secret is looking at it objectivley too. You may have great video production but the wrestling and show might suck. Or you could have the best show ever and poor video production. Everyone sees it different and I know as a promoter sometimes you can be blinkered.I am glad the FWA were aggressive in this, I don't have ever believe they should be the "Police" of British Wrestling as some have stated (I leave that to the tax man and bank managers), But at least now I know what sort fo benchmark has been set on production and news in the last fewe days means its going to be a relality, with a production company interested in producing our shows, editing them live, with commentary so they will be available for release the day after on tape or dvd. This is a small step in the right direction. As for other channels I am sure if our break does not come on the wrestling channel, and I honestly feel i have a good enough product for TV, I will look into other avenues. The joys of business advice, always a great way to straighten your thought pattern..

  9. My Main worries, after a night of serious reflection on this deal is as follows:1.. A 5 year deal is very brave, I mean the channel has not launched and the FWA have so far not promoted more than a few shows a year. Let alone weekly shows and big PPV style shows. Booking shows is a hard job to do and I know how hard booking a monthly show with storylines is, i could not imagine how hard booking and producing a weekly show would be. 2.. If the FWA are going to be the "Regulator" on what British wrestling Promotion gets on the channel. What happens if you fall out with the FWA? Does this mean promoters have to kiss arse in a big way? What happens if say I don't want my production to look like the FWA's and I want a more gitty CZW/ECW look, rather than a TNA look?3.. Lets say in 12 months time I have a product that I feel is ready for TV, lets say the constant investment in my company brings us over what is required and our shows are actually better than whats on offer (all speculation), we have 4 years to wait for a chance to get on the channel with our own produced shows. Surely this would not be good for anyone least of all the channel and well to be honest if other TV companies like what they see they would also be hosting wrestling and would be going up against the channel...4.. The unsigned shows I am led to believe will involve people from other promotions, like giving them a chance to be on a FWA show. Is the way to try out new wrestlers and basically take them away from thier respective promotion? As a promoter this is the bigest question that worries me.5.. wZw are not ready at the moment for TV, but we will be in 12months time. I will make damb sure of it, if I have to import talent and mix it with the best we have to offer, then thats the route to take. I run a company thats invested a lot of money into our shows production. Not TV side but sheer fan/live show production. Investing in a production company will be our goal over the next twelve months. The FWA stuck a business deal, its a massive one. Time will tell if the FWA/TWC will work out. A monopoly in wrestling to me is not the answer, but its not my channel or promotion. I only hope that if other promotions do work with the FWA then they actually make something out of this and are not exploited and blinkered by the sight of being on TV. After all even the smallest of promotions are in this to make money and earn a living, TV deals are not given away free of charge, people do get paid money to be on TV as they do to be on crowd only shows. The wrestling channel will be purchasing these shows from advertising revenue afterall. Personally I cant wait to the launch and I will actually get to watch some wrestling, might even help me in some future booking prospects from the US/Japan. The time to stop bitching about the deal has come and well lets get behind them and see what develops. You never know it might actually be good. I hope so, I have a lot of my life invested in this business I love....Gary
