Shall be heading up Friday for the show, I know the veterans on here will know the best locations to park and also eat as we want to get a bite before the show starts. Any suggestions?

Had a quick go at a simple logo. Very simple.

That's probably the worst stoppage I've ever seen. I'm sure more experienced boxing fans would know worse ones but that was a complete and utter joke.

Started playing online last night. Menus and settings take a bit of getting used to but once you get the ball rolling it's marvelous fun. I like the team deathmatches the most so far. Did a trucker mission along with Lawz, one of the only fellows Cuckers I think I've met thus far, and another chap (may or may not be a Cucker).
Â
Was fun sir, although I was trying to eat dinner at the time so didn't vote to drive the truck! I think I'm up to level 23/24 now. Survival has been the best mode so far as it offers a nice amount of cash and levels up fast if you reach wave 10.

I'm sure it was the early survivor series when they did 10 on 10 tag team matches. At the start of that SV video, what event are those massive tag matches from? I've always wondered. It seemed like every side of the apron was filled with wrestlers

I dont know why, perhaps my irritation with txt speak is in play here, but this update thats been going around from a Post Office written in Black Country slang is REALLY annoying me.

Pretty sure I saw a picture on here the other day of British Wrestlers from way back, magazine article or something, had Jonny Storm, James Mason & Doug Williams on, anyone got a clue what thread? Searched the Quirky pics thread where I thought it was but alas, can't see anything.

The thing WWE have a problem with, and this isn't a "anti-PG, lets revive the attitude era" post is that they've got Cena on top consistantly and the fans he brings in are not the same fans that are majorily watching each week, you can go to WWE.com Corporate and it clearly states "74% of the WWE audience is 21 and over" which means they are actively trying to aim a product at 26% of the audience. That really doesn't make sense to me.
Â
They don't need to go away from the PG rating or do anything insane like they did in the late 90's but the programming could focus on the 74% of the people who watch the show and that would encourage friends of the majority of the audience to watch as well. Kids will ALWAYS watch WWE, no matter what rating they put on it, Kids have always watched and came to shows, but the balance isn't right now and hasnt been for a long time.
Â
I dont think WWE care particularly though, they know they are the only show in town, under no threat of going out of business, they don't need to put great tv on each week. They can mumble through the year and peak interest at one or two points of the year and they'll continue to make money.

I've had the same name since I joined back in 01, same avatar as well most likely. The sig has been changed a few times though, since I was banned from having the cleavage sigs

I still don't get why everyone dislikes Haye and thinks Klitschko is some sort of amazing boxer who could beat anyone, he looks a decidely average fighter who's been put on his arse more then once by average fighters. Even Manny Steward looks like he doesn't wanna be in his corner.

I'm not really a big Amir Khan fan but I'm intrigued to see they've announced Khan vs Zab Judah, how good is Judah these days?

That looked exceptionally dodgy, the punch didn't look like anything. I'm sure he sold the right leg before selling the left later. Just seemed very dodgy to watch.

Really sad news to here, remember him being a regular poster many years ago when I frequented these boards. RIP
