  1. How did the WWF steroid trial come about and why did Hogan go against McMahon? Looking at the physiques of their current roster, how have they avoided any similar cases?

I beleive they got a football coach to wear a wire on a crooked doctor, and learned through that that WWF wrestlers where big buyers of illegal drugs.
In that case, how did McMahon 'get off' (you know what I mean!)?...and cheers for the responses.
  2. - When people say 'rassler,' are they referring to old-timers or stereotypical views of a wrestler?- How did the WWF steroid trial come about and why did Hogan go against McMahon? Looking at the physiques of their current roster, how have they avoided any similar cases?- Was Lance Storm's match at One Night Stand truly his last and does he intend to stay in retirement? If that match wasn't his last, who has he wrestled since?- On an episode of Raw, Mick Foley said that he had a huge announcement, but was interrupted by Muhammad Hassan. Did we ever actually hear that announcement from Foley?

  3. BTW - I know the details of the Ric Flair plane incident from from the 70s. I was referring to a recent incident that involved a UK tour and led to some kind of lawsuit... Apparently, Flair dropped his pants on the plane?

Sorry to bump this, but I also needed to add; what did Jim Ross say in his shoot interview concerning the incident?
  4. Thanks for the responses, dopper. I was wondering how that Flair/Kiebler storyline ended...BTW - I know the details of the Ric Flair plane incident from from the 70s. I was referring to a recent incident that involved a UK tour and led to some kind of lawsuit... Apparently, Flair dropped his pants on the plane?

  5. On to my next question...In December 2001, how was it decided that the WWF and WCW titles needed to be unified? Going into that month's PPV (Vengeance), who were the champions? Also, at which point did the 'Undisputed Title' become simply known as 'The WWF/E Title'? Then, when was the title design changed to one that Brock Lesnar/Eddie Guerrero/JBL had?

  6. If i recall, he [schwarzenegger] was simply front row for a Smackdown taping, i don't really remember it, but i think he attacked HHH.

Yep, I actually had the video somewhere but I cant find it now. If im right in saying, he gave HHH one "punch" from the announce table.
It must have been more than that... Arnie was actually invited into the ring and, for some reason, presented with the belt. He walked around, holding it upside down like a bafoon (gotta love Arnie!), with his trademark 'aaurrrgh' sounds. :D BTW - was that episode of Smackdown ever shown in the UK?
  7. From what I understand, Austin left in 2002 because of 'creative differences.' Were there any other factors that affected his 'leave'?

In an interview with Raw Magazine after he returned in 2003 for his in-ring swan-song, he claimed he left because he was so hurt from his neck that he was worried about his health.
Sounds logical, but then that still wouldn't explain all the comments made about him 'walking out' and reportedly missing shows...Anyway, thanks for the responses, guys.
  8. From what I understand, Austin left in 2002 because of 'creative differences.' Were there any other factors that affected his 'leave'? Also, was he on bad terms with WWE when he left? Afterall, there were some negative comments made about him; such as The Rock's in-ring promo on Raw.

  9. - How many times has Jim Ross been fired and why?- Has Shawn Michaels ever been fired?- What's the JBL shower story actually about?- Where can I find the results of these episodes of RAW:1. The one in which Austin granted Hassan an IC Title Shot;2. The most recent show from the UK;3. The Japan edition of Raw that opened with Benoit/Jericho?

  10. Has Triple H ever responded to all the negativity towards him

It comes up during his OTR interview
Thanks, man  Great interview, but I'm surprised at just how non-kayfabed it is. I actually expected Trippers to snap on the interviewer, given the nature of some of the questions...Anyway, it was very interesting to hear his thoughts on Brock Lesnar and Bob Holly...
  11. Also, I've heard several definitions of 'ring psychology' and have a good idea of what it means, but is the terms actual definition?

That sentence doesn't appear to make grammatical sense... but I'll endeavour onwards. :/ The best definition I've ever heard for psychology is that where moves are the "what", psychology is the "why"
Cheers, $tew.Sorry about the grammatical error in that question. I tend to re-phrase sentences and, as a result, end up with mistakes. Usually, it's evident when I've omitted a line and not changed the rest accordingly. In this case, the question should have read;"I've heard several definitions of 'ring psychology' and have a good idea of what it means, but what is the term's actual definition?"
  12. Does anyone have or know where can I find the full production credits of John Cena's album? Is 'worker' just a term that means 'wrestler'? Also, I've heard several definitions of 'ring psychology' and have a good idea of what it means, but is the terms actual definition?

  13. Who actually sings on WWF/E theme songs; i.e anyone famous? With the vast number of different vocalists and even MCs used (such as on Shelton Benjamin, Theodore Long and Kidman's themes), surely some of them must be well-known or have gone on to do other projects?I know that Naughty By Nature performed Shane O Mac's theme and Lil' Kim raps on Trish Stratus', but what about those of WWF/E original, such as the singer of Hogan's theme?Secondly; there are 15 WWE PPVs scheduled for this year in total. By the end of the year, how many of them will we have paid for and how many will have been 'free'? Throughout the course of 2006, are an equal amount of PPVs scheduled?

  14. Oh, since you're a new fan, this is the Hardcore title:

    wwfhard2.jpg

...and it was made from this WWF title:

    Bret_Hart_-_Bret_Hart_14.jpg

Anyway, on August 26, 2002 RVD defeated Tommy Dreamer to unify the IC and Hardcore titles. A few months later (IIRC), the hardcore wrestlers presented it to Mick Foley, fittingly, as a tribute to the man's contributions to the wrestling business and hardcore style in particular.
