If there's anything positive that's come from Trump doing what Trump does it's that this relatively obscure Bill will now become more well-known, which I think is important.

I didn't know there was a bill like this till you said something about it.  All Trump said was the is a Virginian Democrat that want us to murder new borns so that's what the majority of people watching that clip will think so he didn't make me aware about it at all...Most people don't have a David on a message board to help read between the lines.

  2. Proving why he isn't fit to run a country.

This is a contentious issue for sure, and Trump going on TV and making it sound like women are giving birth and then doctors are murdering the babies doesn't help in any way.  Not everyone knows what the bill is about or even if the bill exists...so this speech could very well be the first they hear of it and all it does is further stoke the division.

It's like his stance on border security...either you want a wall or you want open borders and crime...Like there is no middle ground to that or any other position.  This bill could easily be rejected, amended and have the language in it clarified better so things like “the infant would be resuscitated if that’s what the mother and the family desired, and then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and the mother.” Wouldn't be in doubt.  But instead, we have to sit back and watch these imbeciles fumble fuck their way through and pick through what people "mean" when they say something horrifically hyperbolic.

Remember Milo? Since he got universally no platformed he has become bankrupt. Tinpot Tommeh will go the same way as Britain First once all of his social media presence is gone, PayPal banning him has been a big start.

Glorious news...these parasites that have outrageous and offensive opinions for money need to fuck off.  Hopefully the likes of Hopkins, Pietersen and Shapiro fuck off with the cunt.

  4. May is to Cameron what Brown was to Blair...clean up crew after the mess the latter created.

Brexit was never going to run smoothly and "Brexiteers" won't be happy with any deal that doesn't involve the absolute submission of the EU to all of their demands.  May will end up losing her position as Prime Minister, another election will be called that Corbyn will lose and some other Tory like Gove or Boris will attempt to run and get shut down before a different Tory becomes PM.  Brexit will probably be forced through in the "no deal" scenario and the UK will probably have some kind of recession and have to spend many years re-building.

I think someone on here said it best in that the referendum called by Cameron should have been the start of the conversation, not the end...

I disagree, had Clinton actively campaigned in what she considered safe areas that went Republican, she would've won.  Had she ran a campaign that hadn't taken for granted she would win, then she would've won in my opinion.  I honestly think she lost the election as opposed to Trump winning it.

A friend of mine is Jewish and from Brooklyn.  He said there was even some feeling among older Jews that they didn't want Saunders to win because there would be the perception of if things didn't go well, there would be a huge "Look what happens when Jews are put in charge" resentment.

You do have a fair point there.  There was a sense of arrogance and entitlement to Hillary walking it against this .

My opinion stems from how I feel now as apposed to during the campaign.  It honestly feels like no matter what happens or comes to light, shit just won't stick to this administration so I see how they operate now and just think it was like that back then.  Guess I'm too jaded.

The Whitehouse is now claiming that Acosta violently put his hands on Sarah Sanders and their "proof" is a heavily doctored video.

The video of Sanders trying to snatch the mic from Acosta's hands and him moving his hand away from her that's up on her twitter is their evidence he violently put his hands on her?

Sad thing is, Trump's loyal base will lap that up.  Shockingly, Fox News aren't reporting on it in that way, but it is only 6am/8am over there so give it time I guess.

No one stood a chance in that circus of an election against Trump.  He played it amazingly and now has free reign to lie and bullshit his way through this and his next term.  In the alternate universe where Hillary won, it would have been a massacre of a year with investigations, allegations and hateful rhetoric.  Essentially just Freaky Friday but The Apprentice would have higher ratings.

  7. Looks like following on from the FBI "investigation" into Kavanaugh's alleged assault of Ford, he's going to win the supreme court nominee...It really is unreal how flagrant the Republicans are being in terms of selective due process just to win something.  They truly give zero fucks about things that affect people.  It send a fucking horrible message to people who have suffered sexual assault, because if the assailant is linked with the rich and powerful, you may as well not bother speaking up.  It's a genuinely disturbing and vulgar situation.

  8. Thing with the United fans that defend him I think is mostly through desperation.

City have improved massively since Pep arrived, and Liverpool since Klopp.

Those fans desperately want/need Mourinho to work out as no-one has met the standard set by Ferguson.  It's a bit like Brexiteers in that they want it to work out so much, they'll blame anything BUT Jose cause that would mean admitting they were wrong about him when they hyped his appointment.  United aren't a bad team...World Class Keeper, decent defense, strong midfield and forwards that can be absolutely terrifying.  Videos like the above and how he handles players and press conferences just shows he's toxic for United.
