  1. That would still be worth a shot now in fairness. The last 2 big matches HBK had with taker were mint.

I assume his ability cant have dropped much lower than that in tge last few years and his opponent would be able to go more so than taker in tthis point of his career.

I'd be all over that and can't believe ive never made that connexion before.

Im struggling to remember, where was shaun during the DX vs Nation angle?

That was after mania 14 when he'd already retired and HHH had taken over as leader of DX.

  2. The Rock and Shawn Michaels have never had a PPV or TV match against each other as far a I know.  Have googled it and can't find anything.  I know Shawn left round the time The Rock took off, but they've never crossed paths afterwards. I think that would have been be a heck of a match or feud.

  3. I prefer to watch the shows on my TV rather than huddled up in front of a laptop.  For me to not have to do that and watch the network I'd have to upgrade my laptop and TV as I don't have the ports to connect them.  Or buy a chrome cast and upgrade my phone or buy a tablet.  After spending all that I'll have paid more than buying the big 4 PPV's

  4. My reasons for getting my refund was because I paid money for something advertised as "exclusively on Sky Box Office".  Then I wake up this morning to see the rumble and the world title match on Raw.  That's the main selling points of the show broadcast again on a channel package I'm already paying for.  I thought that was unfair so I asked for my money back.  They then offered me the 6 months free as a good will gesture, that I didn't even ask for.  Wasn't complaining for the sake of it.  They could have done what other countries did and broadcast something different like the PW Torch app reported.

Called Sky, got myself a refund on the Royal Rumble and 6 months free Sky Sports.  Just a heads up.

I don't understand this at all. You rang up and asked for a refund because your favourite wrestler didn't win a match? That's insane! WWE gave you the matches advertised and fulfilled their end of the bargain, unless there was some small printed that stated "Daniel Cryin' is winning the Rumble, Roman Reigns is being eliminated by Hornswoggle, if we change our mind, have your money back."

I presume he means because Sky showed most of it for free 24 hours later.

You presume correctly.  I do like the idea of calling up Sky to kick off about wrestling results...may give that a go after Mania.

If this is true Sky are going to have major issues with WWE for broadcasting the Rumble for free last night. I'm pretty sure that Sky will be wanting WWE to reimburse all of these refunds.

The girl I spoke to said it's been happening most of the morning.  Seems a lot of people have been kicking off.

Ticket and merch sales might have been a poor example, but there's still more to being over than the people in attendance cheering.

Sure there is, but there's also no reason to blatantly ignore it when a talent starts getting good reactions organically. Where else do you start? Surely the crowd getting into an act is a perfectly good reason to start featuring them more prominently. Momentum is very important and WWE is great at halting it for no good reason, especially in the desperate for attention mid-card. I'm not making out Cesaro to be some kind of wonder-wrestler who could be the next big thing or anything, he's just the latest example of someone who was looking really good for a while, before being downgraded for no real reason.

Can't honestly say I've ever seen Cesaro do anything that's made me want to watch a show to see him, buy any of his merch or even read an article on wwe.com about him.  But I have thought what he's done in the ring has been impressive.  He's what Austin would call a "mechanic".
