Even though the magazine has gone downhill in recent years let's not forget the huge influence it had in the 90's with the development of hardcore fans looking for non big two. If it wasn't for the magazine I wouldn't of ever been introduced to All Japan, All Japan Women and FMW to name but a few. Thanks to the classified section I discovered tape trading, The Observer and what not. For that I thank Findlay, Rob Butcher, John Lister and others. I was told years later that Ian Robinson was just Fin writing under a different name.

I suspect Wall Street will force WWE's hand and they'll have to announce a formal succession plan in the next year or so, and it might not necessarily be HHH or Stephanie.

Yeah that's awful. I was talking to my girlfriend last night who has zero interest in wrestling and she pointed out that at least he went out on a high. Their last image of their Father / Husband was one of a respected, larger than life mega star. It must have been a magical weekend for them which they will never forget.

They'll never forget it, but I doubt they'll look back as a magical weekend at all. His passing will of soured everything leading up to it.

Such a shame.
