Thought Rhod Gilbert was a great host this week on Never Mind the Buzzcocks, Alex James from Blur this week so who knows how that could turn out - will be better than the James Corden episode
-
It really all depends on what Danny Williams turns up, the one that wants to fight or the one thats turns up too often and looks completely disinterested!

Thought it was a good night of darts - the crowd were very alive especially at the start, an improvement on the liverpool crowd from last week who I thought were quite quiet.
Barney/Part started off like a cracker with all the 180s being hit so quickly but then it kind of died off, Mardle played just how he did last week at the start but then somehow managed to pick his game up and come through for the draw.
Taylor/Klassen - Klassen should have one the first leg when he had that chance and from then on he just seemed lost apart from that 115 checkout. As for Taylor he did not look good to start with but got into the swing of it after the break, if he had been playing King last night I think Merv would have beaten him as he destroyed Wade and looked very good just like last week in doing so.

I enjoyed the darts tonight, thought that King looked very impressive against Mardle - but will he be able to stay consistent. I may be stomping over old ground (maybe not) but is Wayne Mardle the darts equivalent of Gazza (excluding the drink problem/crazyness). He just seems to prefer being the class clown/getting the crowd buzzing which I know is part of his act than really concentrating, buckling down and showing what he really can do.
As mentioned previously Klaasen was inconsistent and wayward which he can sometimes be, he just seemd to keep winning legs and then his first throw back would hit under 70 and then Jenkins would go on to hit a much higher score leaving him trailing.

Watching that qualifying match was like me and my mate trying to play in the pub and neither of us having a clue where the darts were going to end up

Anyone catch Danny Williams getting his career finished on Saturday against the Polish fighter, you could tell from the start of the fight that it was the bad/lazy/unmotivated Danny Williams that turned up - he was getting caught all the time and not giving a lot back.
He was obviously too interested in thinking about his match at the end of the month in Egypt or wherever against a washed up Fran Botha - but I guess that wont be happening anymore!

Did anyone watch the Witter/Bradley fight last night on ITV - I thought the right man won without a shadow of doubt as Bradley was always trying to go at Witter who just couldnt do anything really. Couldnt believe that Witter won on one of the cards when the results came out
