THE sweet science may have found a new permanent home following the launch of TV channel BoxNation.

Fight fans will now be able to enjoy the best bouts from around the world in one place, thanks in no small part to promoter Frank Warren.

The station, which will be available on Sky channel 456, Virgin and online, will broadcast its first live fight on September 30 when Liam Walsh takes on Paul Appleby at London's iconic York Hall.

BoxNation will be free to view until later in the year, when it switches to a subscription service costing

Shops in liverpool 1 been told to shut now according to my sister in law whos just been sent home from there

All the shops on the main road in toxteth have now closed on advice from the police including the new 24 hour mega tescos. Just been told there is a load of youths around the mill street area heading that way. Lots of people round here our talking bout getting togther and defending the streets

Anyone defending these people should be ashamed i have a 5 year old autistic daughter who was woken to the sound of swearing lets fucking burn all this shit type comments. with cars on fire in our street. She was terrified and never slept from 4am. Now i have to send her to stay with her nan tonight in case it happens again she has never stayed away from me and change really affects her. I have lived in toxteth all my life and the youth today have it the same as we did the only problem is they have no respect for anyone. A lot of people are meeting up at 9am at smithdown road asda at 9am bringing bin bags and cleaning stuff and help clean up as a commuinty so goin stay awake and go and help.

I wouldn't be surprised if people are getting armed with whatever they can just to defend their own house just in case they try to brake in I'm sure somewhere they will be someone with a loaded gun just waiting for them and won't give a second thought about using it either.

Just knocked some of the neighbours up so if they come near the houses we can back each other up. Lot more police just turned up so hopefully it might get sorted. Thing that worrys me is this is the first night in london the 2nd and 3rd were a lot worse
