  1. Thanks bAz, I'd like to thank God, my family...Anyway, I've not touched betting, or OLBG for a few weeks now, been too caught up with exams and skint but I'm gonna be having a wee tinkle soon. Cheers to JFFC for the tip the other day, which came in, but I didn't bet on :(

  2. Got Tottenham to beat Blackburn tonight at nearly 2/1.Maraahel at the 1.50 ChesterMetaphoric at the 2.50 Chester (cheeky 5-1 bet, not recommended, just thought I'd try my luck, the horse is 2/2 though and it has come a long way to make the trip)Finally, heard good things about Wolfman (6.50 Ayr), 7/2 just now, put it on my OLBG for

  3. I've got a couple of quid on Man Utd. for the win. I know Chelseas home record is tremendous and Utd. will probably rest more 1st team players than them, however, I just think they're too many cracks in the Chelsea wall and that Utd. are too strong and too well led at the moment to lose. If anything, it'll be a draw and beginning to wish I'd betted on that now.

    heh...

  5. Put on Acknowledgement on the 4.30 today but he got pulled up and didn't ever look like doing anything, disapointing. Only lost a couple of quid though because I hadn't heard of it before. Was just filling my lunch break really. That Indian Chase (I think) looked strong though... 50/1 and finished 3rd, but had it been a slightly shorter race then it'd deffinitely have won, just ran out of steam in the last straight. Still, 50/1 e/w would've been a beaut of a bet on that horse!

  6. Another great night for the bookies, draws galore in Europe and a 'stick on' in Derby getting turned over at home. Glad i steered clear tonight, Raith Rovers were the only thing tickling my fancy but i rested on my laurels after a decent return last night.

The Rovers have ruined about every accumulator I've put on this season, they're the dodgiest bet ever.
  7. Jeeso, is this still not finished, I like the idea of suspense and everything with the results coming out gradually but it's becoming a right pain in the arse checking this thread and only seeing one or two new entries every few days. Not taking away from the good word you've done UKHG and trying my best not to come off sounding like a moany cunt, but could do with just seeing the final set of results!

I agree there's too many people for this method of doing it.
Yeah, and quite frankly, just let the guy post the results how he wants to. And how about people stop second-guessing everything, and complaining? The results are what the results are.
Quiet you. I clearly made an effort to point out I wasn't being bitchy about my comments, so stop trying to stir shit you knobend.

Sorry, but the time it takes to do some research for each person, find some pictures, or upload some of my own pictures if needed (especially seeing as though I don't have a broadband connection) makes the time factor unavoidable. Also, I don't bother going on the internet every single day, you know...Anyway, sorry that you haven't enjoyed it, it'll all be over soon.

Don't get me wrong UKHG, I appreciate the time/effort you've put into this as I stated in my origional post and I'm really trying to avoid coming across like I don't appreciate you doing this. Personally, I know 90% of the workers on this list (not personally, I'm not in with the boiz :( but I mean I'm familiar with their wrestling and know about them) and I'm not that interested in the profiles - again, don't take that the wrong way, they're a great addition and VERY useful for the people who aren't all that familiar with the wrestlers mentioned and I understand why you're doing it, but to be honest I'd have just liked to have seen a named list rather than checking this every few days...Or even if it was like 50-40 Monday, 39-30 Tuesday, etc. The reason I'm justifying everything I'm saying by the way is that I don't want to come across as if I'm having a go or you or have some prat misinterpret what I'm saying (see above) and try to have a snidy dig. It's a pretty pointless debate now because obviously it's almost over, it's just my opinion on the way it's been done this year and maybe something others might agree with. As I mentioned, I like the suspense, but its just dragged a little bit. Again, appreciate the effort and please don't take it the wrong way! I've enjoyed reading the profiles regardless and I thank you for taking the time to organise the UKFF Top 50~! It's interesting.

  9. Eastern Accord was an absolute shambles of a horse, didn't seem to put in any effort whatsoever, was a close finish for 3rd still. Teachers Choice came in a predictable second, so it's not all bad so far. Not too sure about Whittingham Village, it's a hopeful bet! Can't believe Hynosis finished second at Carlisle either, quite a shock!

  10. a NR and a 5th today, Hopefully better tomorrow.4:20 - Carlisle - Hypnosis5:00 - Leicester - Meditation7:30 - Windsor - Effective8:00 - Windsor - Presto Shrinko

Fancied Hypnosis myself, but the odds are absolute dire, not worth losing the high stake you'd have to put on to make anything at all back.Got the following on, not started my Windsor betting though, want to see how I get on with these three first:4.15 - Listowel - Eastern Accorn (e-w)4.35 - Naas - Teachers Choice (e-w)4.50 - Carlisle - Whittingham Village (e-w)Almost certainly going to go with Spoof Master at the 6.30 at Windsor though, each-way of course. At 12/1, it's got a decent chance.Quite fancied "My Michelle" each way at Leicester, think it's got a chance for 3rd spot after Sweet Emily and Spanish Story, also got a feeling one of them won't run too well... 20/1... Not fully made up my mind on that one yet though.
  11. Rare Breed just came in for me at 8/1 at the 16.10 at Redcard :):):)Got Rapsgate and Viva Volta on for the 16.50 - Both of them each-way... 12/1 and 16/1 - Got to be worth a shot if you're in the mood.Cotton Easter for the 17.00 as well - 6/1 and my most confident of all 3 bets.Anyone else had a wee flutter today?
