I'm watching the new Dark Side of the Ring and some of the orginals I never saw. Absolutely brilliant stuff, so easy to watch.

Daytona USA was my favourite arcade game too. In 1995 I only had a SNES, so the game was like something out of this world to me. Many a 50p was spent in that machine. The last time I played it was about four years ago when I saw a random arcade and ventured inside.

Lillian Garcia has a podcast now. Just listened to a nice Batista episode. Batista always comes across as such an awesome guy. 

I know I'm late to the part but I've just finished watching Line of Duty season 1. I thought it was a really good show, so look forward to catching up.

Ricky, are you able to shed any light on what happened, at all? Is this something performance related, for example?

Get Saturn Bomberman (if it wasnt stupidly expensive), you'll all be on it till the next morning. It's actually a good time to have a Saturn, it's finally been cracked after all this time and they're releasing a card you simply slot in the back and lets you play any game you want off a SD card.

Any ideas for what the next console theme night could be? I have an original PSX where we can play Tekken / Wipeout / Old Fifa's etc. 

OK so I bought a Sega Saturn from eBay as I have a couple of weeks annual leave and figured it would be something different to crack on with, having some friends round on Saturday night. I have Daytona, Sega Rally, Nights (which I remember as being my favourite game) and VIrtua Fighter. I'm really looking forward to playing some of these old games but I'm worried we will be on COD within an hour of nostalgia, and that nostalgia wearing off fast. 

Yeah, 24 years ago it would have fit in nicely. Putting that out in 2016 is gash.
