Incase anyone hasn't seen it yet they have announced Eddie Edwards new training partner to build up to Final Battle
Â

I haven't seen anyone mention this on here yet but one of the best teams of the Attitude Era are back
Â
Â
They have also started doing a Youtube show

Dave Finlay Shoot Interview Preview
Â
Â
It looks like it could be really good especially after everything he has done throughout his career
-
This new show that started last night, what's the story with it? Is it just highlights of matches from their DVD shows? Or is it more like WWE where it builds towards their internet PPV's and such?
Â
It is meant to be like ROH on HDNET Version 2 as far as i have read
-
It seems odd to shut down the forum as it is probably going to annoy a lot of their very loyal fans
Â
However the site itself looks very good and certainly will help the company's image
Â
Just a question to anyone with a membership but what are the dvd's in the video library

What happened with the Sky News reporter?
Â
Sky news reporter during an interview on the street decided to turn the camera round to the crowd of youths that were watching the filming and interviewed a masked kid about the rioting live on air. It must have taken some serious balls to do that
-
Anyone watching sky news as they are interviewing a masked kid on the street who seems about 15

All late night stores in Bedford have closed early and there are riot police in the streets but very little has happened yet. I really thought more would happen.
Â
Milton Keynes seemed reasonable safe earlier apart from something happening in a Tescos
Â
Also picture of vigilantes in enfield

Very odd night as i have been emailing a friend in croyden and it is much more a feeling of anger rather than fear. I can't see this lasting too long however

I'd start at the Third Anniversary Shows I reckon. The consistancy from that point onwards is pretty good if you ask me. Of course you have the b-shows and stuff, but you get them no matter where you start. Plus, if you start from back in 2005, you come across all sorts of forgotten and not so forgotten gems.
Â
I'm going to watch the free preview in the hope that we see this match.
were is the best place to get the stuff mate?
Â
i cant bye it from there. its in american. will silvervison have it?
Â
I will ignore the poor grammer and tell you that in the UK you can get ROH dvd's from http://www.amerchandise.co.uk/store/index....at&catId=13

Anyone else think the new logo looks similar to the original 2002 logo?
-
Although Lethal and Rhyno wouldn't sell me on this PPV i think they are welcome additions as both Lethal and Rhyno seem to want to get rid of the TNA stigma attached to them and i can see them both putting on a good performance unlike other ex WWE or TNA talent.

Difficult question
Â
When Hashimoto won the NWA title on 15th December 2001 did he win in a 3 way match or a 4 way match?
Â
wikipedia gives me 2 answers so i'm not sure

I just felt this weeks episode was poorly written, although i liked the concept of fighting themselves and the questions that brings up i think they came up with that idea and just tried to fit stuff around it. I did not understand what the Solar storms were as they were barely explained while the whole idea of them needing to mine acid seemed like a last minute addition.

It's still an enjoyable watch, even with its flaws. Batman Returns next. How would people compare this with Burton's first Batman?
Â
Good film with some really cool moments but it does look much cheaper than the first one in terms of set design and while the writing is still dark the directing isn't as dark as the first. Good film if you are a Batman or Burton fan but i advice you don't watch the Joel Schumacher films they are awful
-
I am still amazed they didn't realise the pop he got during that awful wrestlemania sketch. It was about the same as piper's
-
A young Candice Michelle (At least it think its her) being convinced she was eating human on a show called Spy TV in 2001
Â
-
Is this really a complaint about 1 minute extra because thats just stupid if the match was good then why complain i don't think there is any normal situation where 1 minute over the time stated at the start of the match would ever be an issue no matter what company it was for.
-
This show has been OK so far but i am really struggling with Kevin Kelly on commentary and the crowd have seemed a bit TNAish at times. Very much a standard show in terms of in ring stuff with some cool spots by cole and o'reilly now its intermission and all i have is a black screen with a go fight live logo which is rather annoying.
Â
Also what does everyone think of the DGUSA card for tommorrow? Personally i think it looks bad for DGUSA and certainly like the weakest DGUSA show of the weekend which makes me question why its on iPPV
Â
UPDATE
Â
Richards vs Strong was really good and i think better than final battle
Â
Kings vs WGTT was good but looked average after the last match
Â
Now the Main event is on and they are putting on a great match although i am annoyed as the announcers just claimed that a major title has only changed hands once in Atlanta citing Dusty Rhodes however i feel they have forgot a few from WCW as off the top of my head i can list 2 (Goldberg and Fingerpoke of Doom)
-
I have been looking at getting back into ROH as i haven't watched much in the last few months and the cards this weekend look really good more the second show but still very good.
Â
I was just wondering have the shows got better since pearce left as i really struggled to enjoy most of pearce's stuff
-
Wasn't he a heel in either roh or TNA? I forget which.
Â
ROH but not a full blown heel as it was Steamboat vs Foley arguing over if pure or hardcore was a better style
-
After watching that second video it makes me think its certainly the undertaker after the "There ain't no grave that can keep my body down"

Have watched Merchants Stands up and the new Russell Howard DVD over the last few days. As others have said it was a good show with a great ending but i think i was hoping for more just based on his past TV work.
Â
While the Russell Howard show was really entertaining and is very similar to his previous 2 DVD's with nothing too different from what he normally puts out. Although i personally thought it was better than the Merchant DVD
