  1. ^He doesn't have any old Shitlists, this is his first one.

Oh yeah while I'm covering up this double post, I heard that #22 (I think) on the good list, Derice 'D-Rok' Coffie has retired. Is that the case?

A better way to put it would be "on vacation", just in case. If he decides to come back, he will, if not it's a great, great loss. He did a lot more than comedy matches very well, but I guess it's what you know him for.

Cheers for that. I much prefered him as the serious D-Rok myself but he was amusing as the bob sledding character too. :)
  2. so who done the old shitlists? derice has retired? i thought he was a brilliant prospect. worked comedy matches so well
Moj did the Shitarse 50 in 2008. It should be in UKFF Gold. Apart from that & this one, there is no others

Edit - Oh wait I can't do Kenny's Bawbag 15 a disservice, so theres that one too. Its right next to Moj's thread in UKFFGold.

  3. So if it was only the actual fans votes that were taken into consideration, he probably wouldn't be here.

Surely if it was only the actual fans votes that were taken into consideration, the shitlist wouldn't exist. Near enough every entry is full of stories of backstage gossip. I'm not criticising it, either. I've less than zero interest in BritWres, I don't know who 90% of the people on these lists are, but the comments in the shitlist entries are fantastic.

I think it would exist but it'd be a different landscape. I'm not saying any votes should be discounted from anyone or anything like that. And I agree the stories for the most part are great fun. My point although badly made earlier on, is that niceness or lack of, does matter in these situations. Maybe if Rainz was a twat, he'd even top the list or maybe if he'd been nicer to certain people he'd have been lower. Yes he'll have got votes based on his talent but it seems some just had an axe to grind.

Maybe a better example is Dragon Aisu hitting the Top 10 on the Shitarse 50, if he was a nice chap that didn't enjoy pissing people off both sides of the curtain, would he have been as high as he was or even on the list. I maintain that how nice a wrestler is, can affect how they are voted for in these things.

  5. Why does there have to be a shit list - WHAT GOOD DOES IT DO ?
Gives lots of people a good laugh. The 2008 Shitarse 50 was the greatest thread known to man, it was obviously gonna get replicated eventually.

Like my answer or not, its the truth and lots will agree with it.

  6. Thing is though on this occasion. Judging by the write up from Rainz which is loaded with inside information, its more likely wrestlers and/or trainees may have voted rather than fans, so the 'nice guy' thing might be relevant here. People that know him have likely voted for him despite him being a nice guy which you think they wouldn't. So I was surprised to see him here also but he is and thats that.

Surely that suggests, then, that he definitely deserves to be here? If he is such a nice guy - and from the few times we've met I'd have to corroborate that as true, although there are other things that would lead me to suggest otherwise - then the fact that he got voted down on would surely be even more accurate, and not be based on these wrestlers or trainees' feelings about him as a person?

I'm surprised that despite his niceness, his friends and peers decided to put the boot in anonymously. These are after all the most highly critical people of themselves and others, much more so than any fan I've met. So if it was only the actual fans votes that were taken into consideration, he probably wouldn't be here. As a fan, it doesn't matter how nice someone is, if you think they are shit from watching them then thats fair enough. I don't think anyone's straight up suggesting he's nice, therefore he should be immune to being voted for. But I might think it'd earn him immunity amongst his pals, how wrong I am.

I do see where you are coming from but I also see why some people are surprised he's here.

  7. Why did you take part of his post out and ignore it?

Because I'm sick of reading how nice people are. It's got nothing to do with anything - I'm a lovely guy really, but I can't wrestle for shit. Fair enough, the rest of it might have plenty to do with it, but the point about how nice a guy he is has nothing to do with anything as I say.

  8. Trouble is with Brad, he had potential, I mean he didn't get to work at All Star, 1PW, SSW, DPW, SAS & more by being total shite. But he rubbed too many people the wrong way and always went for a quick buck rather than working hard and earning respect. If he'd have got his head down and worked hard, he might have been where Nathan Cruz has got to now instead of here. Wouldn't surprise me at all if Nathan's early association with Brad was what taught him to be the complete opposite of Brad and get where he's got.

  9.

    Holy fuck!

Why is Nathan Cruz in this? Isn't he like...good?

Ah don't worry about him being there, he's just having a match at a show and doing an inoffensive interview for the news. He's not to blame for any of that stuff.

To whomever asked about views, yes its been a popular vid on here before so most of the views are from here.

Also love how the ring is so small Mikey Riot has to referee from the outside.

  10. Who the hell is "Jayteez" Carre? Is she Mama Graffitti? Or the "Leave him alone or I'll knife ya" sister of Surf? Either way, her favourite quotation is, "shrew you guys im going home". Yes. Shrew us!
Yes it is Mama Graffitti. The 44 year old teenager. Loving all the people joining the event btw
  11. After watching those videos this kid is in, ive gotta ask, does NBW (Gerry Norton) ever draw a crowd? I dont mean to have a dig but theres no fans there??
Yeah they do. Last one I was at (in Dinnington) must have had about a 100 in. Those vids were all from the Cresswell venue which has been their home venue for years and its drawn well for a long time but recently it has dwindled alot to what you saw and is most like what started them moving around to different areas. I'm not convinced Cresswell will draw anymore like it used to do which is a shame.
  12. Well I think its safe to say that he must be regretting showing that post to his mum now. His name is mud now at 19 years old and he will be forever remembered for this bullshit that has been caused.
True enough, people here have very long memories. This is the thing he'll be best known for now and its much deserved.

Quick edit to say, Surf or his mum has deleted all the wrestling business people off Surf's facebook except Nick Aldis & Alex Shane. His mum claims her so called friends have betrayed her and started a facebook event about doing a runner at the same time, have a geez before it gets deleted too. She's the only attendee not even young Barry wants to go.

So this all backfired on them nicely.

  13. I've asked around a few people i know in the business and in fairness to Surf the gist of what everyone told me was that his mother is a complete controling bunny boiler style psycho. So by all accounts it sounds like she would have done this more off her own back rather than cos her son wanted her to take action. Either way though the whole thing is mental and totally out of order.

His mum did this off her own back?

Sorry I am not buying that shit at all as im finding it hard to believe that his mum is an avid user of the UKFF. Whats probably happened is he has read the comments and critisisms of his work, hes took them to heart and and a good cry and whinge at his mum that people on the internet are allegedly picking on him and his Mum has come out all guns blazing like some over protective lunatic and here is the end result.

The fact that he cant take observed comments on his ring work and gimmick and then somehow got his mum involved is a clear indication that he is too immature and too insecure to work in wrestling (and insecurity is a major flaw in many wrestlers today so that is saying something) and has no business being involved until he can harden the fuck up.

    Child.

While I agree with what you say and theres a chance you could be right, I'm afraid Wallerisaknob is probably spot on. He may have shown her the post but she probably did all the rest. I'm not saying anymore than that on here though but some shit about what she's done would no doubt raise your eyebrows quite a bit.
  14. I dunno why but I'm pretty sure it was Ricc, its his kind of humour to do that. He'd find joy in that.

I hope it is on his wall and he uses it to score with clunge. I can see it now when he's canned up....."Alright, I've got Surf Graffiti's autograph on the wall above my bed, you can ride me while looking at it if you want, I won't be offended if you don't"

He can confirm what really happened if it was him.

  15. what is tragic is that he could go and train more and get better, learn how to work and avoid being on the shitlist.
Trust me, he's trained non stop for at least 3 years and the results were seen in those vids posted earlier. The guy seems to just have no ability to improve anymore than that if you ask me.
  16. the worst thing about all of this is that the posistions and participation in both countdowns are voted for by all of us, does Benny even vote?
I don't think he does, he's very professional about it all, no one knows whats on the countdown coming except him. I'd be surprised if he told a single soul a spoiler about this list.

And you are right, it is the worst thing about it. They lashed out at an innocent guy over something so minor and have possibly affected his life in a negative way. I hope Ben's employers do not pay any heed to this complaint and are just looking into it and nothing more.

All in all Surf and his mum have only multiplied any negativity of Surf's wrestling talent by 10 and added much negativity towards themselves as people (and yes that includes from people that know them in person) So well done to them for being stupid and malicious.

  17. Bet those coppers drove away from this situation thinking 'Did this all actually happen?!'

Meanwhile while poor Ben was explaining the UKFF50 to them, several real crimes happened and the victims of said crimes now think 'Surf Graffiti' is a massive shitarse.

  18. Unbelievable :(

I only just heard by seeing this thread. I instantly went to his Facebook hoping it wasn't true but my heart sank. It only seems yesterday I was calling him Wade Barrett for a joke. Been friends with him since about 2006, one of the first friends I made on the internet, we'd chat about wrestling, metal (we had some good chats about Fear Factory who we both loved). We'd have some good chats at shows we both were at, mainly 1PW & NOAH. Just like me, he enjoyed life with a lager & a cig in hand. Good lad and good laugh. He'll be sorely missed by all who knew him. Rest In Peace Stuart.

  19. From PWInsider

SkullKrusher Rasche Brown took to twitter this evening to announce his departure from Ring of Honor, writing, "Just quit ROH.... good luck in your future endeavors. Remember, always remain in control! Keep it real 24 7"

An ROH source indicates that Brown was pulled from all ROH events earlier today after missing the HDNet tapings over the weekend. I believe it was a case of Brown quitting because he was removed from scheduled dates after offering to work this weekend in Charlotte and Richmond for free as a way of making up missing the tapings.

Ring of Honor announced Brown had signed a deal with the company in February 2010, so either he will sit out his contract or get a release.

I wouldn't be shocked to see some ROH roster changes in the weeks to come based on the recent booking change.

Well that sucks, he was one of few I enjoyed seeing on ROHTV. Wonder if WWE have any interest, he is at least better than some of the NXT guys we've seen this year.

  20. Good to see Cruz make a decent UKFF 50 debut. Been around this kid for about 3 years and he's worked hard and got better and better over that time and will no doubt continue to do so. Think in 2 years he'll be setting up camp in the Top 10 of this list.
