That Wikipage does make him appear to be a bit of a wazzock.

I know people are emotional and all that, but let's not get the thread closed because we can't keep it civil. I'm not going to post any more on Benoit and this situation until more facts come out. Proper, verified facts, not speculation.

Is that the one where Gene Okerlund says "You are a sick man, Jake Roberts" and he replies "Thank you very much."That's possibly the best reply ever.A favourite of mine, and apologies if I'm repeating this, is from Roadwarrior Hawk:"Swelling of the fluid sack that surrounds the brain, behind the inner ear. Crushed vertibrae. Ruptured sphincters. Burst bladders. Broken bones. These are the things that our dreams are made of."The one before Wrestlemania 8 is great to when he's talking about the Undertaker and DDT'ing Paul Bearer. "Boom, Short Ride, Bad Landing" and "Simple Foreplay, when the time comes, I will hook the head, I will drive him through the match, I will put the final nail in your own coffin. Trust Me."

I'm also assuming this to be the case, as otherwise I'd vote for both Finlay and Regal.Anyway, in no particular order:Singles Wrestlers:Tex BenedictJody FleischJonny StormAlex SteeleStiroStu OdysseyTag teams:UK PitbullsTeam H8The Welsh AssemblyEdit: the Tag teams can also go in the tag team thread. I'm such an eejit sometimes!I'm not going to nominate Nigel McGuinness, because as excellent as he is, I think this particular category of the UKFF awards should represent the British wrestling scene, as opposed to US-based wrestlers who happen to be British.

CSF. Having seen nothing at all of them before, I went to their show at the Winter Gardens in Weston Super Mare. It was at once the best run show, the most atmospheric show and the best wrestling show I'd seen all year. Having seen them since, I now know it was no fluke. They're regularly selling out venues, getting 500 and 600 people in. If there was an "underrated" UK promotion award, they'd win it for sure. How they don't get more attention is beyond me.

It has indeed been entertaining. Thanks for using some of my ranting in the write ups too. I must've been having an angry few weeks...
