I read it and understood it. What I was saying is that Chikara hasn’t been through anything. The people that people high up in the organisation molested, raped and abused have been through things.

However as a company reputation wise it has hurt Chikara it is possible for that sort of thing to hurt more than just the victims..it hurt Company reputation which contributed to the closure.  I was not quantifying it as more important only stating the fact mate.

In a sense of mike did have a well publicised affair with someone he had trained then I believe it..i also believe and he has owned up to the black balling and the use if wrong words in the past.  He has also apologised and grown a lot from that and since then as a lot of the chikara roster will testify to.

Chikara has been through a lot in recent times that being associated with them was toxic so it had to be done to be honest.. there was rory gulak.. juan coronado..kobold..icarus and more over the last short while so the company was in a bad way.  At the end of the day Mike is in charge so would shoulder some of the blame by proxy as that is the type of guy he is.

Chikara by all accounts was two or three more years from closing anyways as Mike plans to go to wwe to be trainer and the whole story that was written was coming to an end regarding chikara. 

I am more defending against those who are watching the video and making conclusions about him based on either his disability which is wrong or his editing to make him look more upset etc when he did not even edit it himself.. you can see in the video how he he is when he talks about what happened to turtle.

Mike.. along with others could and should have done more but Mike is not the only head trainer and does not do all the seminars so he should not get the blame solely. 

My main grope is for every genuine case there are people also going on a witch hunt about smaller things.. for example twitter and the way they had a go at tyler bate when unless I missed something the story was he hit on someone in a bar..if that is not allowed how are people going to meet in the future. 

Mike has done a lot of things wrong but a lot of them were a long time ago..is he a control freak due to his ocd and narcissistic tendencies and is he someone who takes himself seriously.. of course.  You only have to read the emails he sent out to the talent after King of trios that got leaked to know that but I still feel when he tries to put out a heartfelt video it is not in for people to judge him in the way they have.. people comparing him to Bundy and calling him a sociopath for example.  These type of comments and twitter bullying make those who are trying ymto make a stand just look like bullies themselves.

The issue with Mike is that most of this stuff is talking about further in the past its not saying he said sorry then did it yesterday it is talking about back then.

Don't get me wrong I am not saying the people in that thread are like that now and have not changed I am just saying if they believe they changed how can they not believe someone else did. 

I don't see anyone bringing up Steve austin beating up women because he says he has changed why did Common courtesy not stretch to everyone in that regard?

So here's one for you.. browsing the forum I saw a link to an old thread about kip James and was appalled at the lack of respect shown to women by people who i see are also posting in this thread.  Talking about women as objects.. being sexist.. being misogynistic and sexist among other things.. maybe these people should come out and apologise for their attitudes to women in the past.

If it cannot be accepted that people said or did things in a certain way in the past and change ala Mike about the homophobic slur for example on this forum then how can people try to say they have different views themselves now and have grown?

There is no evidence he abused his position in any way. 

He entered into a well publicised relationship with a trainee who everyone knows which lead to the breakup of his marriage.  This was not taking advantage just in the same way as if a girl starts dating her boss in the office. 

The witch hunts about trivial matters need to stop or they will dilute the incidents which need more attention where people have actually been abused etc. 

Personally quack has owned up to racial homophobic and misogynistic slurs however that was a long time ago and he has grown from that. 

Despite leaving the Company there is still a groundswell of support for him from former talent which shows a lot

If you watch any of the other video on the same channel they are done in exactly the same way so its not like it was done kind of plot.

Also if Mike had just released a statement not properly addressing everything the way he could on the video he would get shit on anyway..

What some people need to realise before judging is Mike always speaks that way because it was a technique to get over a speech impediment as a child..he is not deliberately being hammy are trying to sound a certain way..if you follow his career he always talks like that because of the speech issue as a child

Also he recorded one long thing with no cuts and someone else who normally edits his videos edited it for him to release.  He made no deliberate editing attempt to be disingenuous.

Why is it that whenever someone posts something against Gauntley or 1pw they say go back to watching LDN and sucking Baggas cock.
