  1. I never was able to fully adjust to the switch from 'Running With This Dream' to 'Running Together!' Hang Time, nor the switch from baby to navy blue costumes, even though in both cases the progression was for the better. I think the 1996 Hang Time just held a real sense of nostalgia that modern 1997 Hang Time can't tap into.

Michael 'choking' a few free throws only to be cured instantly by Grant Hill giving him the thumbs up was its peak. The lowest moment was when I got the internet and googled the girl who played Mary-Beth only to find she'd quit acting and hadn't done any naughty scenes. My mate swore the Internet had naughty scenes of everyone.

  2. Heard a cracking story from someone today which entailed along the lines of Sean Waltman having the image/graphic capture work for his likeness scheduled to take place and allegedly the night before Hall, Nash et all got him shit faced and shaved his eyebrows off resulting in a very odd looking Waltman the next day having to paint on fake eyebrows before the image capturing.I don't have the figure to check nor can i see any decent pictures online to check but if thats true then it's genius !

Thanks for the story - I've seen the photo of 1-2-3 Kid on his figure box, and it's been used for other things such as stickers, and I always wondered why he had no eyebrows during his blue-costume-kid days. I put it down to them not growing in properly until he was 19 or so, like facial hair. While I have no WWF merchandising collection to rival those of the pictures seen here, I do have the Adam Bomb figure amongst many other Hasbros, which I think gives me an automatic high-ranking in the Hasbro enthusiasts club. Although I drop down a few places for carelessly breaking the head off my equally-as-rare Billy Gunn figure.
  3. I didn't like the step up to 3D graphics, with keyboard controls. It looked ugly, and rather than getting pulled in and believing I was really on a great pirate adventure, I just felt like I was playing a game. :(It was really funny at times though, and I'm sure if they made it today it'd look a lot better. The atmosphere of the game was killed for me with the 3D graphics though, because 3D still looked pretty ugly until a year or two ago.MI2 was really hard at times, but surely the whole fun of an adventure game is sitting there for hours at a time not actually doing anything, browsing the same screens for days, trying every combination of item on item until something comes up. An adventure game wouldn't be complete without a stupidly hard puzzle or two.(Unless it involves a goat in Broken Sword.)
