Yep, I actually had the video somewhere but I cant find it now. If im right in saying, he gave HHH one "punch" from the announce table.

It must have been more than that... Arnie was actually invited into the ring and, for some reason, presented with the belt. He walked around, holding it upside down like a bafoon (gotta love Arnie!), with his trademark 'aaurrrgh' sounds. BTW - was that episode of Smackdown ever shown in the UK?

The only other one that came to my mind was Jody Fleisch vs Jonny Storm. I only know of FIVE which are: FWA, Revival, ROH, CZW and IWW - but imagine there have been others.

I think you can add TWA and UCW to that list but i am not 100% certain.
