    Kayfabe Events bring you....

    An Evening With Austin Aries

Taking place in London on April 26th full details are coming soon.

Anyone know anything about this company as I have never heard of them before now and the don't have their own website ect which makes me unsure whether to buy a VIP ticket or not for the event in case it does not go ahead

    Whats his problem with Lillian?

Does he touch upon the whole arrest warrant in the UK at all in the book?

he does not from what i remember mention about an arrest warrant in the UK what's the story behind that?

  3. anyone else read the Justin Roberts best seat in the house book I've just finished it if what he writes is true it put a totally different light on WWE then anyone has really written about at length in the past and they are very bad for not for not acknowledged the work he did with connor michalek and quite a negative company to work for.

I wouldn't say the security is standard. I went to gigs at the Hammersmith Apollo and 02 last month and had no problems getting into the venue. I find the security at the York Hall tedious. It had put me off going to RPW shows to be honest.

All other RPW shows at  other venues I have been to have been fine and the shows have been really good on a positive note

Security is standard pal, go any large scale event in London and you'll experience this.  I can understand it may be a bit daunting for people who aren't used to going to events in London or not used to security checks for gigs at locations such as The 02, Wembley Arena or any West End Theatre.

As for the venue as a whole, York Hall is Rev Pro's prestige venue used for all the year's major shows and I've never really had much of a problem with views.  I usually go for the 4th-6th rows and in all my year's of shows there harking back to FWA days I've never had my evening ruined due to obscured views.

I get that it's just my honest opinon I Been to places like the 02 and wembley many times and only been searched once on the way in maybe it's because i'm not tall lol ive also been going to shows since the FWA days and i've even provided the PA systems for a couple of FWA and LDN shows to help out Alex and Sanjay Bagga just giving my feedback as i would expect my customers to do in my business

  6. i don't have i issue with having security and even security doing a good job I do take issue too being searched twice in a row and people being held up with long queues by them when doors open at 6pm and you can't get in the venue till after 7pm that is bad security at that stage not security to keep us all safe

First time I have been to york hall would only go again if i could get front row or 2nd row floor tickets as any thing else would be a waste of time for me and my girlfriend which is a shame as i love revolution pro shows and have had no issues at any of there previous venues they use such as Walthamstow, Portsmouth or Reading show for Revolution Pro

Security are a bit of a jobs worth we got searched twice on the way in by two lots of security a bit pointless if they have already searched you once and it said doors open at 6pm we were at the meet and greet in the daytime so went to a weatherspoons pub before the evening show came back at 7pm and there was still a massive queue outside the venue waiting to be let in probably because of the jobs worth security the venue uses.

You could not see much sod all  from the 4th row from where we were sitting anytime the wrestler were on the mat or on the floor which was roughly around 50% of the night and had chris roberts the ref and a ring post blocking blocking some of our view not what you really pay for either though the ref has to stand somewhere. This was with a few people from the two rows in front of us standing up for the night as I guess they could not see either so in all you had I would estimate over 100 people standing around the whole venue all night when they paid for seats as they could not see.

Hopefully Andy and his team will choose better venues for everyone to have a chance to enjoy the show but i guess looking back at events I have not gone too they use York hall a lot or a positive note from the bits of the show i could see which again was around 50% it looked a good show for anyone that could see it all i am sure it was an amazing night

  8. Does Anyone know somewhere to watch the Joshua fight from last night I've tried torrents sites and kodi i've tried castaway & Phoenix sports sections but nothing up for it that I can see so far as i missed it yesterday

A limited number of VIP tickets are available too. Want photos and autographs from the WWE Superstars? Then go VIP and celebrate with us at the VIP after-show party!

    GET YOUR TICKETS HERE: http://www.theo2.co.uk/events/detail/gorilla-position-live

…and make sure you hashtag #GP100 so we know you’re coming!

I found the Q&A with meet and greet not possible for me as its strange times for VIP meet & greet 11pm-1am on a week night so there is no night tube to get home from the 02 and I cannot get night buses to where i live which is a shame as i would have gone plus the booking fee was something stupid like £11 on top of the £75 ticket which is very high just for booking

  10. From the promoter Rek-A-Fella:

    BIG PROMOTIONAL HONKY TONK OFFER!!!

***50% OFF on ALL Tickets For The Honky Tonk Man's One Man Show in London***

This may sound crazy but we have slashed 50% off on all tickets for The Honky Tonk Man's London One Man Show but only for a limited time. This offer includes VIP & General Admission Tickets and this promotion will run till this Friday.

We only have a few tickets remaining so don't miss this offer!!!

    Tickets available to buy at>>>

    http://rek-a-fella.nutickets.com/18689

The show is this coming Monday 14th November.

Just back from the Honky Tonk Man show I've been to a lot of wrestling meet & greet/Q & A's over the years and has to say this was probably the worst run one by some company called Rek A Fella they seem to be a bunch of fans booking guests.

the worse thing being some really loud annoying fan who would not shut up heckling all night after a few people told him and so did honky tonk man but the staff did nothing about it shame as the show it's self was not too bad although honky does seem a bit bitter towards other wrestlers in the business

  11. was a really good show as usual the only downside I would say is the area walthamstow which is a real dump i stayed at a hotel there which was nice hotel but the highstreet town centre is a dive no nice restaurants or shops to go to between the meet and greet and main show so ended back at the hotel inbetween

  12. not sure if this is true or not

TNA Wrestling has managed to survive for just a bit longer. It was reported last night that TNA would go forth with their upcoming television tapings, especially TNA Bound for Glory. Dixie Carter herself made the announcement about the tapings and PPV, which has been in question for the entire week due to the fact that the company lacked funds to even put on these shows. You need money for things to go, and with TNA not having any, they really needed a miracle to happen.

Apparently TNA prays to a good God, because now this buys them a lot of time. TNA will tape shows that will get them most likely through the middle of December, which means that they have more time to negotiate with people trying to buy up the business. Carter was backed into a corner and it felt like TNA was going to sell for a lesser amount than what Dixie wanted due to the pressure around her to make a deal.

Dixie has teased big things at the TNA TV tapings, which is not surprising because she talks up big announcements for TNA every other week now. Usually it is nothing of major importance, however, these upcoming tapings could deliver something of interest. The question is, how did TNA get funding? According to the New York Post, a yet to be identified company or person gave TNA the money to get things going. This must have cost a lot of money for them, which means we could have another bidder involved in this entire thing.

  13. i'm in 2 minds about this TNA has been shit for a while I went to Wembley to watch them on the last tour it was the worse show I had ever been too the only match worth watching was the Kurt Angle match most UK companies are producing better show  but I liked the early stuff and the aces and eights storyline when it started plus side I have the WWE network so if they buy it for the tape library I will get to watch any earlier ppvs & shows I missed

Getting the Acestream apk engine onto the Firestick is the awkward bit. I did it through creating a shared folder with 'share with everybody permissions' on my desktop with the  Acestream apk in it and using ES Explorer's network search on the fire stick to find the folder and install it that way. Depending on what PC/Laptop you're using and what sort of network setup you have, that might be awkward.

Once I got in on I just followed this video about how to set it up. You could also try to install the apk like the lad in the video does, but I couldn't get it to work that way, so used the share folder idea I had instead.

hello mate ive got Plexus & castaway to work cannot work out how to install Acestream I know where to download the engine from for this but cannot work out what to do from the you tube you posted I have installed stuff before via the ES explorer and direct on the firestick could you talk me though how you got acesteam to work any help would be appreciated

1.If you have a Windows (I'm using Win 8.1, your steps might look slightly different if using another version)laptop and connect to the the internet via Wifi then create a folder on your desktop, called it 'Firestick'.

2.Download the Acestream engine apk file from here: http://wiki.acestream.org/wiki/index.php/AceStream_3.0/en#Android

    3. Put the Acestream Engine APK file into the 'Firestick' folder you created on your desktop earlier.

    4. Right click the 'Firestick' folder on your desktop and click properties.

    5. In the properties menu, click the 'Sharing' tab and then click the 'Advanced Sharing' button

    6. In the advanced sharing menu, click 'Permissions' and then the 'Add' button

    7. In the select users and groups menu type "Everyone" in the 'enter object name' box then click OK

    8. In the permissions for everyone menu, tick the 'Allow Full Control' box and then click 'Apply' and 'Ok'

    9. In advanced permissions menu hit apply and ok.

    10. On your Firestick go to ES explorer and scroll down to the Network button

    11. In network menu hit, click LAN and then the scan button and wait few minutes til scan is complete.

    12. You should see the name of the laptop you used to create the 'Firestick' folder, click it and login using the account username and password for you account on the laptop.

    13. You should see a few folders including the 'Firestick' folder you created earlier, click the Firestick folder

    14. You should see the Acestream APK file, click it and it will download to your firestick, wait til it finishes.

    15. Exit ES explorer and go back to the Firestick Home Menu.

    16. Scroll down to Apps and you should see the Acestream logo, click it and Acestream will install and the engine will launch.

17: Follow instructiond from 5:10 to 6:30 in video below to set up Acestream in Kodi.

thank you for this will try it shortly

  15. For you guys using AceStreams/Plexus make sure you protect yourselves with a VPN as it's P2P streaming so you're dropping your IP out there for anyone to see. Cracking deal on StackSocial atm for VPNUnlimited, worked out around £21 for a lifetime acc with them, been using it for 6 months now and it's been perfect. Android/Windows/Apple apps available for it too.

failed promoter do you have Ace stream if so how did you install it get it to work as I have Kodi and plexus ect but cannot work out how to install acestreams correctly

  17. Acestream and Plexus combined with the Castaway add on is the way to go with Kodi. Was fed up with inconsistent streams using the likes of Champion Sports and Sports Devil, so finally sat down and sideloaded the Acestream engine onto my Firestick this afternoon. Works flawlessly with no lag, interruptions etc. Watched the NBC feed of Liverpool/Hull and now waiting for Arsenal/Chelsea, raging I was too lazy to not do this earlier.

Hi DCW can you tell me the best way to load Acestream & plexus on my firestick I have installed kodi and castaway but have a lot of inconsistent streams/pausing ect when trying to watch things like UFC live ect via castaway addon

TNA Wrestling’s annual steel cage match spectacular, Lockdown, will take place in Britain for the first time ever, as part of the TNA MAXIMUM IMPACT 8 Tour in January 2016.

London’s SSE Arena Wembley will host TNA’s most dangerous night of the year, with matches taking place inside an unforgiving, six-sided, 15-foot reinforced steel cage.

Lockdown will form one half of a double IMPACT WRESTLING TV taping at Wembley on Saturday January 30, which will be watched by millions of fans in more than 120 countries around the world, including on Challenge in the UK and Pop in the USA.

Double TV tapings will also take place at the Manchester Arena on Friday January 29 and the Birmingham Barclaycard Arena on Sunday January 31.

Should be good first proper TNA PPV in the UK plus Kurt Angles TNA retirement tour maybe they can finally get some more interest in the product again

  19.

Hulk Hogan is doing a 3 hour meet and greet in London on November 13th at The Walkabout Bar, Temple Place.

Although it's not on their website yet, tickets on sale October 30th from:

    http://www.simplyprestigeevents.co.uk/category/vip-events/

Simply Prestige have confirmed that Jimmy Hart will also be avaliable for photos and autographs at Hogans London show.

That's cool. Will be great to meet Mouth Of The South. Will this cost extra do you know?

knowing them will cost more it is £102 just for a photo & autograph with Hogan

  20. I was pretty disappointed by the Austin/Lesnar podcast. I really don't give a shit of what gun Lesnar uses for hunting or what glass said gun's scope is made of.

Next episode of Table For 3 features Bo Dallas, Neville and Samoa Joe

Anyone know when the next table for 3 is on the network as it was usually on there by Wednesday each week

  21. Back from An Evening With Rey Mysterio Jr not as well run as some of the other Q&A events I have been too badly Organized apparently VIP holders were told to be there for 5pm for photos and autographs

But had to wait till 6pm until anything started I got there for around 6pm to get an autograph and queued for over 1 hour

Q&A was with Alex Shane and started 45 minutes late.

The Q&A Alex asked most of the questions typical Alex that fans would have asked if they got the chance and only a small selection of fans got to ask questions

Event finished around 10pm with a 10 min interval instead of the 20 minutes advertised

The company that ran a evening with Sting did a much better job the only thing they got right was having a lot more merchandise being as it was run by the wrestling shop.

  22.

I have watched all the NWA/WCW stuff from the start on the network and am up to 1994 in order and believe that Bobby the Brain Heenan does not get enough credit on making WCW a lot more watchable when he joined WCW he is well know for being one of if not the greatest manager of all time but his commentary is amazing

Yeah, he's pretty good for the early part of his stint, (my own viewing has gotten up to 96, and he's fantastic as the guy who "told you so" about Hogan) but towards the end of his stint he pretty much phones it in, even dissing the product on air.

they will be interesting to see when i get there as the early days it looks like he only helped the product to be better and more viewable
