So much positivity has already been offered, and I won't disagree with a jot of it - it was an amazing show! - but I'm on the world title match now, and Joe's leg-sweep kick, along with Swerve's gorgeous face-first bump, was utterly gorgeous, and brutal. I haven't enjoyed Joe so much in years, and both were elevated by this match.Â

That Toni Storm promo was quite something. I used to find her bland. No longer!

Strong and London Lightning this week was gorgeous. Great, old-school set-up, fiery underdog, tons of shenanigans, that hard-cam stare. Lovely!

I remember this mini-match vividly, as an early teen, at silly-o-clock at night. Still good, with a ridiculous Steiner bump over the ropes, and a red hot crowd. Good times...

A friend mentioned this being the perfect opportunity to bring back The Iiconics, which I hadn't considered, but I'd be utterly chuffed if they did.Â
(NM, it was mentioned here already, and I missed it.)

Music, and the liking of it, is massively subjective of course and we are all different. But this is one of the shittest songs of all time.
It has some historical significance to me, hence the posting. But you're utterly right, it is the shits.Â

I loved this show! A hot crowd, a ridiculously fun main event, the Garcia/Cage stare-down, a good back-n-forth opener, nothing bad really. Â

The build, the line, the pose, the slide - especially the slide - just gorgeous TV.Â

I'm aware my wrestling tastes have changed over the years, but right now I'd gladly watch guys like R-Truth telling a heartfelt story about his friends, Juice Robinson mugging to the camera, or Toni Storm killing every interview, over current WWE main-eventers. Perhaps it's the theatre and creativity I enjoy more now.

This band never seem to create anything less than stunning.
