I slept with 3 girls who work in Scotland, about 5 or 6

    You sick cunt.

    That's the best post ever.

    I don't get it...

    Seriously. I don't.

Not to worry, boys. I won't be hanging around on here for long - I work overseas a lot and going back abroad on the 14th of November before taking a long-term job in the Far East in January. Just posting on here for the brief time I'm back in the UK since I got back from Latvia. Doing it for my own self-indulgence I suppose. Help to clear a few things since I haven't had much of a chance to put my say over for the last 4-5 years.

  2. Getting a lot of mail and it's mostly the same questions so let me answer a few:

I plead guilty at court for being in posession of the images - and as far as I'm concerned, we were very young, she was my first gf and I was her first bf, we did some stuff that we thought was cool because we'd never done these things before. As it turns out, although the pictures were taken consensually, it was (of course) against the law because of her age. Like I said, being 17 at the time I suppose I didn't give a great deal of thought to the potential consequences.

People on here can act all high and mighty but some daft stuff like this takes place from time to time - I did my 5 & 9 month prison sentences respectively and now I'm free of everything (probation, licence conditions, etc.)

I can't act all apologetic when I truly don't feel that way. It was a consensual act that broke the law.

Forget victim empathy and rubbish like that, we both took part knowing exactly what we were doing.

The law in terms of most sexual offences will come down HARD on a guy for something like this - I feel that having made it very clear that we were in a relationship and the pictures were taken as a mutual act while having sex that there should have been little or no consequences.

In the end of course, although I had stopped pro-wrestling 2-3 years earlier, it completely ended my relationship with Team GB and prevented me from being able to compete at any further events with the squad, including the London games, which at the time of my conviction were only 8 months away.

    To answer other random questions...

Yes, although I denied it when it happened I took money from Mike Quackenbush when I wrestled for Chikara! He had agreed to pay me $50 US and because the crowds that weekend were poor, after 3 matches he handed me $90 and said it was all he could afford. I got in to a little argument and said it wasn't good enough to bump me down from $50 to $30 per show. When the guys ran out for the Cibrenetico match I lifted an extra $45 that he left sitting on the counter backstage. I was 18 when I did this in 2005, obviously I panicked and denied it but I did do it. Wasn't something I was proud of, nor have I ever been. But I did it.

About four or five have asked me about making a sex tape with Lexx from WZW in Newcastle? No, I didn't.

I slept with 3 girls who work in Scotland, about 5 or 6 who were English pro wrestlers and a few from the US and a different places in Europe too, but Lexx wasn't one of them. Maybe people are confusing Lexx with a girl called Liz who used to be a trainee at WZW years ago? I got with her for a while. Just a casual thing!

This charity nonsense has always bothered me, as I have two wee cousins who attend a 'Fit Kids' group that meet weekly in a community centre near where I used to live in Scotland. I did a wee appearance there in December of 2007, giving out some Xmas presents and signing some merchandise, giving away t-shirts and signed pictures, etc. All good. About two weeks after this a "big huge scandal" appeared on the UKFF and 1PW forums that I had claimed to have done charity work at a sick kids hospice in Glasgow and lied about it.

No, I didn't. Not once did I mention Robin House Hospice (which was the name I had supposedly lied about).

It was a wee Q&A, followed by some fitness stuff/fun activities for the kids and then an autograph signing (at a local community centre). That's what I did and that's what I posted pictures of on Myspace & Bebo (all the rage in 2007!)

So for rubbish to surface about a place called Robin House Hospice, which is a sick kids hospital if I remember is absolute garbage!

I know I'm a dick and I caused a lot of trouble in my career, but I didn't deserve that one.

I stopped wrestling because nobody would hire me? Literally (for me, personally) the worst thing I'd heard.

A wee fun fact, from September 2006 to May 2009 the longest I went without a booking was 13 days! Which was over the Xmas 2008/New Year 2009 period. I worked CONSTANTLY! More than anybody on the Scottish scene and I dare say possibly even the UK scene as a whole! I was booked more than anyone in the country I reckon.

A lot of promoters, especially in Scotland who I was friendlier with will remember I started back amateur/freestyle wrestling in 2008 after a very poor performance by the GB squad in wrestling and my old coach invited me back to train up for the 2012 games in 4 years time...

I did, and in 2009 I received a Government Grant from the Olympic comittee to train full-time and in doing so I had a choice to make, so I decided to leave pro wrestling behind. I was devastated and I missed it terribly for a year or two, but it was my choice.

So all this stuff about my reputation was SO BAD that nobody would hire me... Crap. Pure and utter!

A few people have asked me if I tried to make a move on a girl backstage who is part of a huge wrestling family in Britain. Yes, I did. We used to work a lot of shows together in Scotland and England. Kissed her and did a few other things backstage with her too. Not sex, but just messing around.

One of her brothers found out and wasn't very happy, but only a few words were exchanged and nothing else happened. Certainly not in a physical sense! One guy said he heard I was kicked full-blown in the face during a match by her brother. Ridiculous rumour.

I worked a whole bunch of matches (approximately 10) with both brothers and her dad after all this came to light and we always had good matches and there was never any further tension after her and I were "caught" messing around.

Best and funniest rumour I've heard so far (which I hadn't heard until two days ago) was "Did your feud with SJK in 1PW get squashed because you slept with his sister and he refused to work with you?"

His sister and I getting together had absolutely nothing to do with it.

I did a run in on his match with Romeo Roselli and it was supposed to lead on to a feud for the #1 contendership of the World Heavyweight title. They squashed it because I was being given the Openweight title from PAC and going on to work with some higher profile peeps from TNA, etc. SJK (if I remember correctly) went on to do a feud with Ulf Herman - I think it culminated it a cage match or something? Not entirely sure.

Last thing I was asked by someone was "Did you change your name to hide who you were because of your bad reputation?"

I changed my name because in 2006 I started doing some work for a WWE feeder territory called Heartland Wrestling and they said "Jay Phoenix sounds American, you need a Scottish name" - so although I had already worked a few HWA matches as Jay Phoenix, when I started getting regular work for them they suggested I change it. I figured that the one Scotsman everyone knew was William Wallace, so I kept my real first name and adopted the surname Wallace.

    Simple as that!

Believe it or not, I post these messages now because I feel as though I do have a lot of explaining to do for some shady stuff I did in the past. I know some of you just hit back with your sarcastic garbage no matter what I say, but hopefully some of what I'm saying is appreciated.

    All the best.

    Jim

  3. You got 2 years and we're put on the sex offenders register though Jimbo. That means you stay on the register for 10 years. You should be on it until 2024 at the earliest as you were convicted in 2014.

Haven't even done 2 years in total... Convicted on July 26, 2011 and received 5 years on the register.

Guess what that means for all you mathematicians out there?

    I'm done.

P.S. Learn how to spell and use the correct grammatical terms. Jeezo, James! You're supposed to be a Proddy!

He informed me that the (underage) girl who I took pictures of and was convicted for is STILL working matches!

Yeah, how much of a bitch is she for getting on with her life and not letting the fact that you acknowledge you took pictures of her when she was underage prevent her from doing what she wants! Honestly, the nerve!

The girl I took the pictures of was called to court as a witness FOR ME. She gave testimony to the fact that the 13 pictures were taken consensually (and based on the content of them, it was clear she was in full knowledge of them being taken, etc.)

She was not the one who reported me.

A girl who I was dating in 2010 seen them on my computer, recognised the girl in the pictures as having been my first girlfriend and knew from what I told her previously that she was only 15 when we started dating.

Stop jumping to the most sarcastic and negative possible conclusion... Biatch!

So the story in the news about you wanking by the children's pool was all made up?

Wow. That libel case must be huge.

I have made 4 successful claims in civil court to date about false articles being printed. In total I have managed to pack away a very pretty penny by doing so.

One printed story from a few years back claimed I had appeared in court at Hamilton Sheriff, plead guilty to shouting abuse at a group of teenaged girls and had been sent away for 18 months.

This whole time I was working as a PT with a football team in Glasgow.

    Pure. Utter. Shite.

I have definitely done some things wrong, but I am nowhere near the level that many people like to portray me as.

    All the best, guys!

    Oh, and P.S.

I'm curious as to why the eight people who have messaged me in private have not then posted their opinions on this thread...

As per usual, it seems that the minorities have made the most noise.

Those of you (and you know who you are) who are messaging me and acting all friendly and "taking my side" as a few of you have said, post it on here!

    Schoolyard bullshit.

    P.S. P.S.

Cheers to the dude who collected my videos! Hope you enjoy them, dude.

  4. Guys,

I really didn't come on here to rile people up or be smug about anything, I genuinely came on to try and rid myself of a ton of old merchandise which just takes up space in my house and hopefully someone will take it. I thank the 10-11 people who have contacted me already but so far no one lives close enough to actually come and pick them up!

I work with a company doing personal training (as a lot of you know, I'm sure) and I get to work overseas a lot and do some travelling, which I love. Not trying to cause a fuss or ruffle any feathers - HOWEVER...

    **

Even just in the two pages or so flicking through I've read some really strange things...

To clarify, the last time I appeared in court was in 2014 when my order expired - it was not updated or renewed. Whoever told you I was in court last week is on drugs or a liar. I would imagine it's the latter...

Working in an "offie?" No, never in my life. I'm a personal trainer, and I know some of you know that and also know where I work, so why this random BS?

If you want to know something then ask me. Debating among yourselves about what's going on in my life is clearly not achieving anything.

As it happens, by the way, just by pure co-incidence, a Scottish ICW worker approached me in Glasgow on Saturday, saw him 2-3 weeks ago the day I came back from Latvia but we didn't have time to talk then. On Saturday we had a good laugh and reminisced over some good memories at the old gym, etc... He informed me that the (underage) girl who I took pictures of and was convicted for is STILL working matches!

There ye go! I didn't even know that...

Must be an awfully big co-incidence, by the way, but I'm going to Belgium to visit some wrestling buddies in December! Imagine that.
