Fuck I only said I enjoyed watching TNA of late. Shit can you imagine if I said that I think NXT is overrated and British wrestling is just all spotfest GIFs!?
-
I have never ever in TNAs 14 year history compared TNA to WWE, said they were the alternative or competition nor do I believe that they are or have ever been the number 2 promotion nor will they ever be.
Those lucky enough to have lived through WCW vs WWF in the 90s have to understand that will NEVER EVER happen again.
TNA don't have to be competition and perhaps now that Hogan is hopefully gone from wrestling altogether TNA have finally realized that they should never have tried to be anything more than what they were for all those years before 2010.
Â
WWE do want competition though so perhaps they should have let Bischoff buy WCW back in 2001 because no sooner had they put WCW under then they chose to split the company in half to create competition. Which I understand has happened again despite them running that into the ground last time, which ended making Smackdown no different to Superstars in the end.

Well I enjoy watching TNA, deal with it for god sake lol.
Some people like watching British wrestling, I like watching TNA, people have different tastes.

TNA was far from the place to be when British Bootcamp was a thing, come on.
-
Well I am sure if they announce another series of British Bootcamp then things on here would change

We enjoy what we enjoy, doesn't make either of us wrong.

I could care less about ratings, I could care less about who gets paid what. I watch TNA as I would watch any other TV show which is what it is. I don't watch pro wrestling in the same way I watch football, baseball, hockey, mma, etc. I watch it in the same way I watch the shows I love like Breaking Bad, Lost, Buffy, 24, etc. I watch it for to be told a story, I watch for the characters, I watch for the evolution of those characters, I watch for the cool bad guy who we shouldn't like but do.
I was a fan of TNA from 2002 until mid 2010 when it all got very silly and 90s but in 2016 I chose to start watching again and I am impressed with what I have seen thus far.
Â
Like I said I could care less what ratings the TV shows I like to watch get (not that ratings mean much in this day and age with the amount of content there is out there on TV and on demand) nor do I care what the stars of those shows get paid, nor should any of you.

All that matters is what is shown on TV and what I have been watching is good stuff for months now.
Has wrestleuk changed his name?

I don't care what TNA talent gets paid nor do I think its anybodies business what they get paid. I simply enjoy watching Impact each week and the last PPV was very entertaining, that is all that matters.
What TNA talent gets paid is as much as anybodies business as your own salary is. Fact is TNA have finally began to move forward now that the big guns have moved on and I can stand by that.
-
Well if you don't watch TNA then does it really matter if he is on the PPV or not? It was a solid PPV.

I have enjoyed the Hardy feud and I never thought I would but well done TNA
-
I know Jeff gets a lot of shit off the IWC but the guy is still doing the crazy stuff he did for WWE 16 years ago
-
I don't know about anyone else but lately I am really enjoying watching Impact. I think TNA are doing a great job of selling the rivalries between more than just those in the main event.
I thought the EC3 vs Mike Bennett feud was very well done (yes, even the Bischoff/Flair toilet cleaning bit). Like Lashley or not they did a great job selling the feud with him and Galloway.
And I think they did a great job of selling the Hardy feud and freshening it up with Matt going loco.
Really liking Eli Drake at the moment, I think a long KOTM reign is in order.
I can't say that their is anything on an episode of Impact that makes me want to FF or turn off which is very refreshing for a promotion I had not enjoyed watching since Bollea ran it into the ground.
Impact wrestling thread - It's a Don West tribute thread now!
