remember when Scott Hall was inducted as Razor Ramon, the speculation was Kevin Nash would go in as Diesel. Obviously, that didn't happen. He went in under Nash.

I always assumed hall going in as razor was to cover there backs PR wise Incase he fell off the wagon. i know it sounds daft but far from the strangest thing wwe have done.

Apart from all ideas of sheamus getting himself eliminated straight away my idea would be for him to make it to the final. Then as it looks like the match is turning south he attacks his opponent with a chair then cashes in. His original plan was to win the belt and hold the briefcase so he always got a back up if he loses but instead uses MITB as a last resort on the night.

I like watching the early Raw's for the costumes and characters more than anything.

Just got the network in the last few weeks and been watching nitro 95/96. It's made me remember how much I used to prefer it to raw as a hole. Enjoying it more than raw now aswell.

Hoping for Ziggler, Ryback and rowen to have an almost A-Team style adventure to get revenge on the authority.

 

Rowen being the brain guy figuring out how to infiltrate the arenas and thwart the evil plans of those who fired them. Ziggler being the public face making a social media movement to keep there cause out there and get the public support ( maybe all wear the sheep masks n try to talk the fans into wearing them in the arena to show support) maybe charm the female security into letting them in. Ryback being the muscle taking out all threats in there way keep the group posative that there plan will work.

 

Leading to a few weeks before mania they finally manage to storm the ring. As there surrounded by the authority ( HHH, Rollins, Show, Kane, Barrett, J&J) as the lights go out and sting standing in ring with them leading to a huge brawl. Setting up a 6 man for mania or 8 man if there saving sting for more 1on1s.

In the late 90's wasn't raw technically 2 hour long shows one after another?

Think flair and Orton had an unsanctioned fight backstage, pretty sure they hyped it on raw with a graffic screen so I'd count it like the parking lot brawl (Cena/Eddie).

If he caused all this injury to her neck i don't think she could of really fought him off/escaped.

Just watched the Cesaro vs Sami Zayn 2 out of 3 falls match and it's made me think that Cesaro should use the sleeper as a finisher.

 

Would fit in with his 'throwback' style and could use it to play up to being boring by putting people to sleep.

Even hearing Vince Russo talk on a free podcast makes me want to kick puppy's. The way he talks and the B.S he always drops it's terrible. Having to pay to hear him interview anyone is nightmare fuel

Not seen all of impacts of last few months but I can't remember him talking much if at all, he's got MVP as a mouth peace.

Listened to both parts of the Russo podcast today and god what an annoying bellend. Just felt like it was constant B/S he was speaking, fully agree with the comments of him shouting and slow talking but what pissed me off most was him banging on the table.

 

Loved the jericho, edge and Heyman podcast and loved the Brock Lesnar part, brocks a guy I'd kill to listen to on austins podcast , hell of a life story and seems like am interesting guy.

 

Anyone tried goldbergs podcast yet? Is it worth a listen?

In interviews in the past it always seemed to me AJ always blames the guy of the styles clash gets botched. He does his side of it safe it's there fault for tooking in there head. Bit of a dick attitude but he does kinda have a point.

As I mentioned above kinda expect them to use it again just as an angle instead of something serious. If they take it seriously then there's only 3 people I could see getting it that are under contract.

Young vs Storm vs Lashley vs Aries vs EC3

Would be a an interesting match, plenty of TNA run in's from spud, Dixie, Bully, Kenny king, dodgy refs maybe injured MVP hobbling in last minute winning the belt( if his knee isn't as bad as expected)

 

My shouts for HOF is either Dixie or MVP. Just gonna turn it into a total Gimmick.

My first pcw show tonight and although It didn't love up to the hype, it didn't majorly disappoint.

 

1st match - turned up near the end can't really comment.

2nd match - decent 4way don't see the Dave rayne love, really seemed out of his depth apart from that was a good match bubblegum was seemless. First time seeing Danny hope in a few years and we found him very enjoyable as always Manson is a pleasure to watch.

3rd match - tag match was solid Robbie looked like he fucked himself up. Really can't say much else was a good match.

4 match - it was what it was, not my cuppa was looking forward to this match.

Intermission

5th match - uhaa vs Williams, first time seeing uhaa and he impressed me obviously Doug was Doug pretty much perfect but uhaa seemed genuinely touched by the crowd more that anyone I've ever seen, personally my MOTN.

6 match - not a fan of woman's wrestling and neither is my partner but wasn't a bad match. Favourite part of the match was mindless self indulgence being used as a theme.

7th match - stopped caring when ligeros music hit, that's as a huge lionheart fan.

Main event - didn't really get into the match,st show could of been just the lack of build up to me but didn't click left right after their bell. Maybe missed some high after the match.

 

Walked away with 2 DVDs and hoping to be at the next show. ( written on iPhone big edit in morning)

He does move a lot like Joseph Park/Abyss in that vid

 

The "vocalisations" sound quite a bit like him too, actually... He's always been one of those Foley-esque guys who can't seem to keep it quiet in the ring. He did appear proportionally that size compared to Angle from what little we could see, although I think D'lo is one of those deceptively big guys - when they were doing the Eric Young "Champion of TV" gimmick & EY attacked him in the supermarket mistaking him for Cee Lo Green, D'lo looked massive in comparison to him.

 

As for the skin... well, my eyes aren't the best, but you don't really see that much - and for an African-American, D'lo isn't exactly the darkest-skinned of guys anyway [/racist]

 

It was certainly set-up to be D'lo at one point, that or they went out of their way to play up that it was - the Gut Check where Al Snow mysteriously disappeared & D'lo took his place, giving him the casting vote that got Wes Brisco his contract (although Taz did say no, so...), the segment with Hogan, Dixie & the agents where Hogan said "it could even be one of us nudge-nudge wink-wink".

 

That's not to say they haven't decided to switch it - yes, Park was shown in the same room as the VP, but more ridiculous things have been retconned in wrestling. Or maybe they are going to go all out with Abyss being a separate person from Joseph rather than a split personality as they've hinted, and it's "Abyss" under there not "Joseph"?

 

Well didnt they have 'Abyss' inerferre in a Bully Ray vs Joseph Park match last year? Already shown as seperate people and 'abyss's' last apperance was roughly around the time of A&E first attack on sting i think.
