  1. What a bunch of crap on impact this week. I mean the whole thing wasn't really a surprise to anyone since they taped this show last year ... but still, the way the Main Event went down was utter bullshit.

However, knowing the English, when impact comes to the UK, people will still cheer for this sub-par Magnus character. Just curious ... does anybody think Magnus is an exciting wrestler?

  2. If that's ok with you guys, I'm not going to repeat the same nominations as before, instead I am going to bring in some new ones.

    Best British Wrestler:

Prince Devitt (I still consider him British and he's happy to come by whenever promoters can afford to book him)

Benham Ali (he's done a great job overseas with Michinoku Pro)

Lion Kid (very underrated performer, one of the best underdogs in UK)

    Best British Match:

Michinoku Pro - Davey Richards vs Kenou

PROGRESS - Singh/Allen/Grado vs Project Ego/TBone (one of GRADO's best performances EVER, amazing ending with Jimmy Havoc turning heel and the London Riots killing the Bangra Knights)

    Best British Promotion:

    Lucha Britannia

  3. The boys are back in town...

CZW legend Nick Mondo with the current crop of deathmatch faith keepers. I'm not sure about Havoc's facial hair. If he wants to marry me any time soon he can get that fucker shaved right off.

Is Rory Mondo wearing some sort of a mask? That's a very interesting unique look he's got going on

Sorry, I just wanted to see if shouting it three times got me a genie or a blowjob from a supermodel, or something. Guess not. I just figured Janice Battersby shouted it so much that there must be something in it. Nevermind.

    As you were.

I laughed and laughed and laughed ...

I don't get why everyone is on Jarett's bandwagon now. Besides the Angle encounters, has everyone forgotten how average this guy really is?

  5. Not a TNA hater but I can't help but remember this amazing example of booking on their part that speaks volumes on how they do things. They had the current IWGP champion in the States for a month, signed to your company as part of a talent exchange agreement ... and you only use him once ... and what an opponent :D

    - On January 4, 2008, Shinsuke Nakamura defeated Hiroshi Tanahashi to win the IWGP Heavyweight Title

    - On January 22, 2008, Nakamura made an appearance on TNA Xplosion, defeating Elix Skipper

    - On February 17, 2008, Nakamura defeated Kurt Angle to unify the NJPW and IGF versions of the IWGP Heavyweight Title
