  1.

He would never get a real job with that old look. At least now his wrestling career is over, he can look into real estate like Nikki.

His WWE career. Bryan's adamant he is absolutely fine to wrestle and the only problem is WWEs doctors won't clear him.

I can well see him handing in his nitice when his contract comes up for renewal and wrestling on the indie scene again.

If Bryan recieved his release, I think we wouldn't see him in a ring anytime soon after that, WWE would very likely hit him with a lengthy no compete clause

  2. Are the terms 'Alliance' and 'Association' in wrestling losing their meanings? It seems like a lot of upstart promotions are an 'Alliance' without working in conjunction with another promotion or without using talent from an associated school. Aside from NWA, I don't see many *name* Wrestling Alliance's being legit.

  3. Improper use of the terms "World" and "Heavyweight" Championship. If a Championship is Heavyweight Title then only wrestlers of that weight class can challenge for it as far as political correctness. And is a Championship really a World Championship if it's only been defended in it's promotion home country?

  4. All in all with the Ascension is that the tag team has had far too much nip/tuck with the gimmick. back in 2012 THAT was a tag team worth looking at, great entrance/music, and matches that didn't make them look over powerful. Now what we're going to see with they're eventual first loss is them looking weak after weeks of squashing jobbers.

  5. Just had a butchers at this week's WWE Main event, Jack Swagger vs.Titus O'Neil looked a very interesting match, but it was very sloppy.

    (in case no-one's seen it)

Titus at one point tried to reach for the rope to break a pin but he missed it and the ref stopped the count, JBL and Cole ripped into both the ref and O'Neil

Titus look tired in this one, at one point he looked as though he didn't know where he was, I think we may be looking at a future future endeavour.

The European Title was really good up until around Bradshaw won it. Jericho, Angle, Guerrero, Regal, X-Pac, Val Venis all had decent runs with it.

Honourable mention to Mideon (can't remember if he was naked at the time!)

I'm pretty sure Jericho only held it for a day, Guerrero dropped it to Saturn in a nothing match, Val Venis only won it to drop it to Angle, wouldn't count those as decent runs

Last time I remember the Euro title meaning anything was D'Lo beating Mark Henry for it in '99

Far as i'm concerned D'Lo Brown is the one of the few guys who made the European Championship mean something in a mostly American company, He carries a (or THE) Euro Title around with him on the UK tours.

  7. Pardon me if this has been asked before:

How many Wrestling Managers does a show need? I watched a CMLL show which was a 6 match card, 4 of which the teams were accompanied by managers, I felt this was a bit overkill, ruined the novelty a bit. based on a 6-7 match card, how many managers are a 'sensible level' for a show?

The original Crumrine Big Gold that was used between 1986 - 2000/1 in the NWA, WCW & WWF is in the hands of someone other than Scott Steiner and will be making an appearance at NWA Legends Fanfest in a few months (So I've heard.)

Maybe we'll finally get to know where it has been hiding for the past 12/13 years and if Scott truly had it.
