  1. The army will be on the streets of London tonight. It is as yet unconfirmed if they'll be supplied by putting a cinder block through Millets window first or Blacks Outdoor Equipment.

  2. Last issue I read contained an obituary for Steve Williams where they filled the first third with copy I'm sure I read 5 years ago nostalgising about kayfabe and the dismantling of the old regional system. Disgraceful stuff. Call me naive but I thought obituaries were meant to be about well, you know, the person that died and not an excuse to belt out any old shite they kept on file.

  3. It's a typical mid term budget: nothing too radical, all the talk is about steadying the ship and stimulating growth, with a couple of stealth-ninja tax introductions (private jet tax or something this time) . The lack of typical 'electoral bribes' shows that for now the coalition are on good terms and an early election isn't on either sides' mind.

  4. Bischoff's Controversy Creates Cash is a good read. A bit revisionist in places but pretty insightful. I've got Flairs' To Be The Man sitting on the coffee table but it's not a particularly good read as it reads like it was ghost written by a heat magazine reject.
