  1. Watch out for the UK's Karl Ethrington in this. 7-0 MMA record, all wins coming in the first round, and all under 60 seconds! He's a killer, and a 2nd Dan in Judo.

EDIT: Can't actually see him on the list of fighters for the event. I thought he was debuting for them here, anyone know what happened?

Just checked his Twitter and he says he's fighting at Bellator 87.

  2. The whole 'buried' thing really grates me. Folk on here used to vehemently claim that Punk was being buried just after the whole ECW thing collapsed on its arse. It goes in cycles, you can't have a guy like Cody Rhodes win every week or else, he'd be a shoe in for World title shots. He has to lose to make sure he doesn't seem to be heading in that direction before he's ready or they plan to.

But surely when you are champion, Cody Rhodes should be beating the likes of Kofi Kingston and Santino Marella rather than losing to them?

  3. All these injuries make burying Cody like the worst idea this year.

Am I the only one sick of people being thought of as being "buried" just because they've lost a few matches or one particularly high profile match? It's probably the most misused term in all of wrestling forums after "jobbing".

Up until the last pay per view, Cody had been Intercontinental champion for eight of the previous nine months. Since losing it, he's maintained a presence on television and is embroiled in a feud with the new champion. He's had a slight setback, he hasn't been "buried" at all.

Since losing the title at Mania, on TV/PPV Cody has lost 10 matches and only won 2. The 2 were Big Show stepping himself through a table and one against Tyson Kidd... That looks like he has been buried to me.

  4. I've thought there might be a problem with Ryder's views over the past few weeks. There are more "likes" than there are people watching according to Youtube...so how does that work?!

Youtube's view counter has being messing up for a while now.

  5. There are a fair few about, Bulldog Gym at the top of Old Christhurch Road near the college is probably one of the best known. There is a place on Ashley Road in Parkstone I think as well above the pub.

Yeah, Bulldog has the best reputation although the head trainer, Jeff Lawson who was on Team UK for TUF has left recently and has his own gym opening soon, 'Ippon Gym'. So it might be worth checking that out.

  6. Thanks for that mate. Seems he's still affiliated with Del Rio's skivvy Ricardo Rodriguez in FCW, or was within the last month (the stuff I'm watching is about a month old). I couldn't believe how many Moonsaults, twisting somersaults Rodriguez went for!

He has been off filming a movie hence why he hasn't been on TV and just done the occasional FCW show. He is due back any time now.

  7. Does anyone know (or have the inclination to check) how many times Kofi Kingston and Dolph Ziggler have actually wrestled each other on TV and pay-per-view since the 2010 Draft? Including tag and multi-man matches.

Singles matches it's something like 23 I read the other day.

  8. Another brilliant episode, especially when trying to drink the egg the first time round, but let's just hope they do something good with him on Raw next week. Also, anyone reckon he will defend his Internet Championship?

He has said on Twitter that his Dad and The Big-O will be in the crowd, I really hope they get them involved some how along with Scott Stanford.

  9. 1) Is Raw 3 hours tonight?

    3) If so, does Tough Enough start an hour before Raw? I'm thinking of streaming it.

Raw starts at the normal time and lasts for 2 hours, Tough Enough is on for the hour proceeding it. They may over lap somewhat though as the winner is supposed to be announced live on RAW.

Cheers. Could've sworn they've always said the winner would be announced on a 3 hour Raw.

Yeah, I think they may be live from the arena during Tough Enough and then keep cutting to the pre-recorded segments. It's not a proper 3 hour RAW otherwise I'm sure we would have got it on Sky. I've checked the USA Network schedule and it says Tough Enough - 1 Hours, RAW - 2 Hours.

  11. Has anyone ever been to a TNA TV taping in Florida?

Is ther anyway to g-tee entrance?

I'm sure I've read somewhere that if you email them and say you are coming all the way from the UK to see a TV taping they will sort guaranteed entry for you.

  12. When is WWE Vintage on?

Can never find it on the EPG and last time I series linked it it didn't work.

    Cheers.

Sunday mornings around 8 or 9. Usually on SS3.

    Cheers.

Also on 1.00am Tuesday morning before RAW and Wednesday at 7.00am. It does switch around a bit though.

  13. Remember that Impact when a mental riot broke out between the MEM, World Elite, and all the other cunts?. Can someone give me a date for that episode?. I fancy downloading it.

    Ta.

    I believe it was 06/08/2009.

  14. Does anyone have an e-mail address for a UK or General contact for WWE?

Don't worry, I'm not trying to submit storylines or anything! Even though if I did, I would have DiBiase coming out as a nuclear rabbit from the future.

I found an address for the UK :

    WWE (International) Ltd.

    5 Jubilee Place

    London, SW3 3TD

    UNITED KINGDOM

    44 (0) 20 7349 1740

    Can't see an email though.
