  1. Yeah, I got out of it before I actually qualified, and took up a role as a borderline nonce... I think that evening shaped my future.

Not that I was implying you were like! To be fair, I'm pretty damn certain from experience that some of these wee madams in School nowadays would go out of their way to do that. Lucky I'm strong willed!

  2. Mine is when I returned from university, conquering hero and first family member with a degree... and was unable to get any sort of job. Under experienced, and over qualified. So I went into a PGCE, and fucking hated it, with a passion. Then, one day, I spunked even this opportunity up the wall - went out for a drink, dissertation in hand, and depression turned a drink with mates into Fear and Loathing. Think I tossed my dissertation at this guy I knew, and then down the gutter. Got off with some tosser friend-of-a-friend's little sister (16 y.o, I was 21 and a teacher in training), and then with one of the sixth formers at that school (17 y.o). Only coherent memory is me having coerced one of these girls, I dunno which one, into getting on her hands and knees in an alley with her (school) shirt open, and give me a blowy. At which point, my friends found me, outside of the bar I'd been kicked out of.

Needless to say, I had the last laugh.

Proooobably not the best career choice for you then; teaching...

  3. Nah you aren't wrong, and you're as entitled to your view as any of us are. I was just remarking that, by the sound of the last few entries (especially this Ronin fella) who I've never seen, It'd take someone of talent WAAAY below where those three names are at just now.

  4. Having read some of the comments made about people further down the shitlist, I'd say it's pretty certain that none of those will make the top spot- if, nothing else, because up in Scotland they just aren't seen enough to gather enough votes.

Anyway, i reckon they're much better than you give them credit for. Especially Renfrew, who rode reasonably high as a UKFF50 debutant last year.

  5. Hazzard started out with SWE I believe before coming to train with ourselfs and BCW around 6 months ago. Since then he has came on leaps and bounds and in my opinion is turning into one to watch for the future. Also the picture on the SWE site has be about 2 years old as Jay is currently a lot bulkier due to his training programme.

That's where the confusion lay- I'm sure that working with SPWA exclusively will help him exponentially more than with SWE.Guess it's back to the 'find a skinnier guy than me' drawing board :p
  6. There's a Jay Hazard in PBW isn't there ?

Yeah, but its not this guy. Surely to christ... Really?? Wow.
I know for a fact they are the same guy.
Dont get me wrong im not disputing that mr. xear, i just cant quite believe it lol
  7. On the SWE Roster page, is 'Ravishing Randy Valentine' holding a belt with SWE written in BLUE ELECTRICAL TAPE???? And it's nice to see that J. Hazard has possibly stolen my crown as skinniest 'trainee' in Scotland!

  8. Frankly I'm amazed at both of tonights 'inductees' so far. I think perhaps that most of these nominations were borne out of contempt for these guys' attitudes than their actual working skills, which are IMO very good. Each to their own as they say...

  9. "As a ring announcer for BCW, PBW, W3L, and ICW, Aitken describes himself as "the voice of Scottish wrestling." If this is the case, then Scottish wrestling has a severe speech impediment and drools on the microphone."If Marty Micheals wasn't SWA exclusive, Aitken would be out on his arse in a heartbeat.I actually thought that Lyons sounded incredibly like Eric Canyon too. But Y'know, Canyon was talented.
