On the comedy front I'd recommend Party Down, a sitcom from Veronica Mars-creator Rob Thomas. And starring (or guest starring) half the cast of VM.
Â
On the drama front, I need some advice. Now that The Wire's finished and there's one episode of Deadwood left on Sky3, I need to start watching something else.
Â
What should I go for, people? The options are these:
Â
Weeds
Oz
Spooks
Mad Men
The Shield
Six Feet Under

I've watched some of the best TV ever over the last year from start to finish, in this order:
Â
The Wire
Deadwood (stopped midway Season 2 after I got bored)
The Shield
Entourage
Brotherhood
Rescue me
Shameless (currently on Series 2)
Â
Best year of TV I've ever had! Besides The Sopranos & 24, nothing has come close previously! Not sure where to go after Shameless runs out!
If you haven't seen them, I would suggest:
Â
Dexter
Generation Kill
Breaking Bad
Damages
Buffy the Vampire Slayer (seriously)
Veronica Mars
Six Feet Under
Friday Night Lights
Sons of Anarchy
True Blood
Ultraviolet (British show, with a pre-Wire Idris Elba)

LOST and Damages. That's about it. Waiting for Dexter to come back.
Â
Currently watching:Â
Neighbours (Australian Pace)
I think you misread the thread title. Pay particular attention to the second word.
What have you been watching on (proper scripted) telly?

I watched the first episode, but I was unimpressed.
Â
I wasn't particularly impressed by Sons of Anarchy either, which was created by the same guy I think.
