I'm intrigued now.  Ok, you have this oil called Synthol. Some guys desperate for size shoot it into their muscles in order to inflate them. The trouble is, muscles enlarged this way look like vile overfilled water balloons as opposed to powerful knots of meat...     ...and users frequently become infected due to introducing such an unnatural chemical into their bodies, hence the guy in the above videos bicep effectively turning into a gigantic cyst.
