Daaaaaad!
Not to be a pedant, but the ones in May and June aren't. Glad to see they're predominantly Saturdays though, gives me a chance to flick through them on Sunday mornings instead of ignoring them on Mondays. RIDDUM_N_STYLE
I'm happy with having more Saturday PPVs, its much easier (for me anyway) to spend 3-4 hours on a Sunday watching them then having to skim through on a Monday night after work
2Xtreme_lives
whats the thinking between them doing Saturdays is it to counter PPV vs AEW?

AEW don't have any 2022 PPVs announced yet do they? Plus the last few were Sundays as far as I remember?
Paid Members tiger_rick Posted October 26, 2021 Paid Members Share Posted October 26, 2021 AEW will all be Sundays except Full Gear I read recently. A shame, that was one of the best things they did initially but they must have their own reason for it.
Paid Members BomberPat Posted October 26, 2021 Paid Members Share Posted October 26, 2021 I think the reasoning behind Saturday PPVs has something to do with NFL season? They're also looking at more stadium shows, so it might be more to do with availability of venues than anything at the viewer end. As far as AEW goes, the early September show is likely to clash with All Out, but if rumour is that's the UK show, it won't be a true clash at all. We know Double or Nothing or All Out as they're based around Memorial & Labor Day weekends. Memorial Day is the last Monday in May and Labor Day is the first Monday in September. So it should be May 28/29 and September 3/4.

Healy52003
All seems quite now Wembley looks like it's free for the rumoured 3rd/4th Sep date Edited December 30, 2021 by Healy52003
Paid Members garynysmon Posted December 30, 2021 Paid Members Share Posted December 30, 2021 (edited) I'd love if they struggled to fill it. The popularity of WWE in the UK/Europe in 2022 compared to 1992 couldn't be more stark. Edited December 30, 2021 by garynysmon

Paid Members air_raid Posted December 31, 2021 Paid Members Share Posted December 31, 2021 They’d blame covid, even though they don’t care about the risks really because they’re not going to be asking for tests. Which is pretty analogous to blaming a war and bomb threats when you’re going to later claim Bob Laughter had to wear a bulletproof vest due to your own exploitative booking. Healy52003
WWE announce the thing ffs Surely if there's no plans for this they would of announced a live event tour by now
