He’s clearly hurt that he’s texting every day and Khabib keeps leaving him on read but he retired 3 months ago, for fuck’s sake. And he hasn’t wavered on his decision to retire in any interview I’ve seen or read since. It’s not like he’s been teasing a comeback. He’s content and at peace with what he’s accomplished and rightly so. Leave it alone, keep 155 moving and let’s get a new champion crowned. This sums it up. Kfogg1991 215 Posted January 30 Report Share Posted January 30 After reading that interview with Khabbib from the Sherdog website it really makes me start to believe what Khabbib said was bang on but Dana came out on the first UFC show of the year and went with a huge and smart tweet before the show started to get those ratings boosted for that show (On a new network none the less) Then he comes out and acts like it was super positive and Khabbib was running through walls to come back. Dana just went back to pro wrestling booking threw out a reason to buy/tune in to the PPV too see what the main and co-main would pull out the bag and who would Khabbib choose after it was done........The answer is fucking no one because he retired and he is a man of his word and will not be forced into breaking that promise to his mum & dad. He has said Never say Never but it's not going to be anytime soon if at all. Dana needs to wave the white flag and accept it. He is turning into a weird ex partner that won't accept it's over. If you don't want to "STRIP" him of the belt then ask him to put out a statement and say he is vacating it that way everyone goes home with there heads held high and no one looks bad (Well Dana can't look much worse right now) Quote Link to post Share on other sites
