Liam O'Rourke 1,309
What is the verdict on if wrestling training and shows are able to go ahead in this country? Surely this falls under things that can't take place due to the Rule of Six (other than training with limited numbers).
Paid Members JNLister 3,203 Posted September 23, 2020 Paid Members Report Share Posted September 23, 2020 Official government response is that it's a combo of the rules on sport and arts/ entertainment (see below).  Futureshock did shows this past weekend with a limited audience size all wearing masks. You could buy up to six tickets and then your group had to sit together, distanced from all other groups: http://www.futureshockwrestling.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/FutureShock-Wresting-Promotions-Ltd-Covid-Risk-Assessment-V2.pdf The big problem is a lot of promotions are going to find it economically challenging to run their usual buildings with a restricted capacity. Yesterday's changes will also mean shows have to be over and the crowd out by 10pm, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.
