So a few years ago after a rough divorce from my childhood sweetheart I found myself back on the dating scene, with next to no experience, and zero confidence. I was absolutely terrified, but decided I needed to just throw myself out there and go for it. It was a pretty wild couple of years, and I somehow found myself dating a pornstar for a summer, who introduced me to the poly scene. Now a few more years later and I'm just about to celebrate my 3rd anniversary with Charlie (redhead), and coming up to 2 years of being a Thruple with Sydney, and I didn't know it was possible to be this happy.  Xmas's can get a bit pricey, but the birthday's are worth it!

This is from a while back, but me two years ago vs me a couple of weeks back. Down to 110kg now. Got some checkups next week.  I need a new hi-viz as mine is getting a bit scruffy.

Cheers, @Onyx2. I've lost about 3 stone (20kg) since my Diabetes diagnosis in February of this year, but from when I started under the sleep clinic a few years back it's actually closer to 8 stone I'v

Not me, but just because I’m still madly in love with this absolute beaut after more than 20 years together I thought I’d post. Today we celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and I’ve even got a

EDIT: For a little context I had my diabetes eye exam yesterday. They put drops in that dilate your pupils and make you really sensitive to light for a few hours afterwards. I had the sunglasses on over my glasses to try and maintain some semblence of eyesight.

This is probably the best picture of me that’s been taken for nearly 20 years as I’m uber conscious of my own image. It only got taken as I wanted to call BBC 6 Music’s bluff on T-Shirt Day (“send us a picture of your band t-shirt and we’ll play a track by that artist”)

We've moved to a new warehouse with dead swanky bogs, but I've still got the same old scruffy hiviz. Also I got new glasses, and gave myself a walrus/horseshoe moustache for that there Movember.

Mate you've lost so much weight it's incredible. Well done you.

Edit: because I'm a weirdo, I found a comparison in the old thread:

Cheers, @Onyx2. I've lost about 3 stone (20kg) since my Diabetes diagnosis in February of this year, but from when I started under the sleep clinic a few years back it's actually closer to 8 stone I've lost. Here's a bigger comparison. I think the picture on the left is from around the time I started  my current job. Even with my poor eating habits the amount of exercise I was doing was getting my weight down, albeit slowly. Depression really hit me back in 2015 with my other half's cancer treatment and me getting made redundant after the company I'd worked for for 10 years went under, and I pretty much just ate and played videogames to cope. Starting my warehouse job back in 2017 has probably literally saved my life. I went up to almost 25 stone at my biggest as I weighed 158kg at my first sleep clinic appointment.. Last time I got weighed for my annual diabetes check I was 107. I don't need my CPAP machine to sleep with anymore, but sometimes if I'm feeling stuffy I'll pop it on as I still snore when I've got a cold.
