The gimmick was a bit half-arsed though. WWE were well aware that they'd put two black guys in a stereotypical gimmick and were deathly afraid to go whole hog with it but yet did it anyway. It also suffered from them trying to be funny and failing at times too, like the Lita's box stuff which was painful. The big man was really green too. Paid Members I Bent My Wookie Posted May 23, 2020 Paid Members Share Posted May 23, 2020 (edited)  They've set up a GoFundMe got Shad's family that had a goal of $100k and has already surpassed it. It recieved an anonymous donation of $40,000 with the name CTC RIP which a lot of the Internet seems to think is John Cena. Whoever it was, Cena or not that's an incredible gesture during a particularly tough week to support a young family that way.  Edit: just saw that Matrix had already posted this elsewhere. The thing that stands out for me is I've had their theme music in my head all week and just realised whoever it is has just "popped a 40".
