I did try to Google it and it seemed to, *ahem*, swing wildly state to state. Some state also seem to have a tied system too, which looked a nightmare of a table to try and interrogate. I was also amazed to read that sodomy, homo or heterosexual, was only decriminalised in some states following federal order in 2003.
