Their poor strategy probably flattered Hendricks' punching power a bit. Hendricks wasn't a technical marvel, but he did well with what he had. He had the right tools to make life difficult for GSP - size, wrestling, southpaw, etc. Sort of a welterweight Dan Henderson, just nowhere near as likeable. During his WEC stint he was a regular on MMA Junkie radio and always came off great. I just think he soured people around fight week interviews and in particular how he took the loss to GSP, no one forgave him for that.
