Loki
He was in The Thin Red Line too IIRC, he must have a war face alongside his Brule face. There's no reason for that Little Drummer Boy thing to work, but it does. Edited July 15, 2019 by Loki

Abe_Knuckleball_Schwartz
Stan & Ollie for me. I am a big Laurel and Hardy fan and I was really looking forward to watching this. In the weeks prior to the release everyone was stating how good Steve Coogan was as Stan Laurel (and he was) but for me John C Reilly was the stand out performer. So much so in fact after about 20 mins into the film I was thinking I was actually watching Oliver Hardy, his performance really was that good. Paid Members Hannibal Scorch Posted July 15, 2019 Paid Members Share Posted July 15, 2019 StepBrothers is my go to every time. But other then Holmes and Watson, he’s always the best, or in the case of Step Brothers, nearly the best thing in it. The Birds Eye Potato Waffle of Hollywood. So fucking versatile! Just as well you didn’t put Guardians Of The Galaxy in there! I went with Stan & Ollie, didn’t expect to enjoy it all that much but it’ll probably be in my top 5 of the year. Must try and catch The Sisters Brothers when it gets its home release.
The Gaffer
Another for Walk Hard. I think it's the best comedy this century. All you care about is fruit and touching yourself. Well fuck you!
Paid Members Hannibal Scorch Posted July 16, 2019 Paid Members Share Posted July 16, 2019 Because of thie thread I decided to watch Talladega Nights last night. It does not hold up well at all, but he was the best thing in it, neck and neck with the kids Walker and Texas Ranger. Now Walk Hard, that is still great

dopper
I saw Boogie Nights before Magnolia and really liked him in it, but that scene where he is frantically trying to find his gun in Magnolia was when I first realised he was a really great actor. RedRooster
This is tough...I voted for Magolia because it’s absolutely phenomenal, he’s great in it and for me it’s hands down the best film he’s in. But he’s outstanding in Stan & Ollie. It’s so easy to forget that he’s in that film as you watch it.

It's the little things that make it. I can't explain it very well but the bit where he is praying then claps his hands together as if to gee himself up for the day is phenomenal, totally encapsulates the character. Kfogg1991
It's got to be step brothers just because boats and hoes is still one of the best white boy raps in history
